ich vermiete ein großes, helles Zimmer (20 m²) mit Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof in einer 2er-Frauen-WG. Es ist komplett möbliert und der Einzug ist ab dem 6. April möglich. Die Warmmiete beträgt 500 € und umfasst alle Kosten, einschließlich GEZ, Strom und Internet.

Besichtigungstermine sind am 22.03. möglich ☺️

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Anger-Crottendorf, direkt am Reudnitz. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen Wiebelstraße (7), Edlichstr. (7), Breite Straße (4) und Torgauer Platz (3) sind schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Die Anbindung zum ca. 15 min entfernten Hauptbahnhof ist sehr gut. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Kaufland, Netto und Konsum in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gut angebunden.

Meine Mitbewohnerin ist zum Studieren nach Leipzig gezogen. Sie ist ruhig, gesellig, ordentlich, sauber und rücksichtsvoll. Unser Zusammenleben lief bisher super. Falls uns mal etwas gestört hat, konnten wir das immer offen und direkt ansprechen. Deshalb wünschen wir uns eine Person, die ähnliche Werte teilt und Lust auf ein harmonisches WG-Leben hat
