Our cozy shared apartment in the south of Leipzig is looking for a new flatmate for 3 months!
The Apartment:
Our apartment has everything you could wish for: a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate guest toilet. We also have a nice balcony in our living room.
The Room:
Small but very nice! The room is about 11 square meters and has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. It is fully furnished and includes a large bed with a mattress.
Location:
The apartment is located in Connewitz, one of Leipzig's most popular neighborhoods. There are numerous supermarkets in the area (e.g., 2-3 minutes to two Konsum stores and 6 minutes to Netto) as well as various leisure options. You can reach the city center and the university in about 15 minutes by bike. The tram lines 11 and 9 take you to Augustusplatz in 20 minutes. Additionally, there are several parks nearby for relaxing walks, including the Wildpark, which you can reach on foot in about 10 minutes. A variety of restaurants, cafés, and takeaways are within walking distance, offering diverse culinary options.
Flatshare Life:
Your future flatmates are Sarah (27) and Vinzenz (30). Both are really great flatmates, and I’m sure you’ll feel right at home with them. We occasionally cook together or meet up for dinner and a chat.
