Hi zusammen,
da mein Mitbewohner zum 31.01.2025 berufsbedingt aus unserer WG umzieht, wird sein Zimmer zum 01.02.2025 frei. Das Zimmer ist, wie die gesamte Wohnung mit hohen Decken ausgestattet bzw. großzügig geschnitten. Seine Möbel, wie Bett, Schreibtisch etc. können von ihm (wenn gewünscht) übernommen werden. Da dann einfach nochmal mit meinem jetzigen Mitbewohner absprechen, was er dafür haben möchte.

As my flatmate is moving out of our shared flat on 31.01.2025 due to work, his room will become available on 01.02.2025. Like the rest of the flat, the room has high ceilings and is generously proportioned. His furniture, such as bed, desk etc. can be taken over by him (if desired). Simply discuss with my current flatmate what he would like in return.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von dem Rewe auf der Georg-Schuhmann-Straße. Generell hat man hier eine gute Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Imbissbuden.
Auch die Anbindung zu den S-Bahnen S1 und S3, sowie zu den Tramlinien 4, 10, 11 und 12 ist innerhalb von fünf Gehminuten ziemlich gut. Also zum Hauptbahnhof mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln benötigt man ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten.

The flat is located near the Rewe supermarket on Georg-Schuhmann-Straße. In general, there is a good selection of shops, restaurants and snack bars here.
There are also good connections to the S-Bahn lines S1 and S3 as well as tram lines 4, 10, 11 and 12 within a five-minute walk. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the main railway station by public transport.
Ich selbst bin in der Wohnung seit Februar 2022 und habe hier an der Uni Leipzig Communication Management studiert. Mittlerweile bin ich als Freelancer in der Beratungsbranche unterwegs und wenn ich nicht arbeiten muss, spielt Sport in in meiner Freizeit eine große Rolle. Ansonsten lese ich gerne, bin aber auch gerne unterwegs und für ein kühles Getränk immer zu haben.

I've been in the flat myself since February 2022 and studied Communication Management here at Leipzig University. I now work as a freelancer in the consulting industry and when I don't have to work, sport plays a big role in my free time. Apart from that, I like reading, but I also enjoy travelling and am always up for a cool drink.
Die Wohnung bzw. das Bad und die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man für das Überleben so braucht.
Internet und Strom wären nochmal in Summe bei 49€ im Monat.
