The apartment is located in Gohlis south. By bike you can reach the city centre in less than 10 minutes, the tram lines 10,11,12 and 4 are within a 5-minute walk.
From the apartment you have not far to the Rosental.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gohlis-Süd. Mit dem Rad ist man in unter 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, die Tram-Linien 10,11,12 und 4 sind zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar.
Von der Wohnung aus hast du es nicht weit zum Rosental.

With you living Lina (26), Vu (24) and currently Ronja, who lives here for the intermediate rental until Maxim (26) returns from his Japan foreign year.

We have all been living together in the WG for a long time and have become good friends. Nevertheless, it is not impossible to rule out that Maxim and Lina are looking for something new at the end of the year, purpose wallpaper change and so on. That means maybe you'll have a chance to talk about your roommates. :

The WG consists primarily of students, here and there are more or less studying, more working or more living. There is no such structure. I've been working full-time for the last 1.5 years and that's also great with the Rythmus.

We're not a pure purpose WG, but just under the week, it's also a pleasure for everyone to do his thing and we live a bit next to each other so that everyone gets the rest he needs. (Drinnies welcome!)

On the weekend we often meet for coffee and kniffel in the kitchen, go for a walk, cook/bake together, glow together before celebrating, or just chill together....depending on what's going on :)

If you don't like company, you can always get out. Generally, it is very important to take account of each other. Live and live according to the motto.

Mit dir Wohnen Lina (26), Vu (24) und aktuell noch Ronja, die hier zur Zwischenmiete wohnt bis Maxim (26) von seinem Japan Auslandsjahr zurück kommt.

Wir wohnen alle schon sehr lange in der WG zusammen, und sind inzwischen gute Freunde geworden. Trotzdem ist nicht auszuschließen, dass Maxim und Lina sich Ende des Jahres auch etwas neues suchen, Zwecks Tapetenwechsel undso weiter. Das heißt, vielleicht hast du auch bald ein Mitzusprechen, was deine Mitbewohner angeht. :p

Die WG besteht vorrangig aus Studenten, hier und da wird mal mehr oder weniger studiert, dafür mehr gearbeitet oder mehr gelebt. So eine Richtige Struktur gibt es nicht. Ich selber habe die letzten 1,5 Jahre vollzeit gearbeitet und das hat auch super mit dem Rythmus der harmoniert.

Wir sind keine reine Zweck WG, aber gerade unter der Woche kommt es auch gerne mal vor, dass jeder sein Ding macht und wir so ein bisschen nebeneinander her leben, damit jeder die Ruhe bekommt die er braucht. (Drinnies welcome!)

Am Wochenende treffen wir uns oft für Kaffee und Kniffel in der Küche, gehen spazieren, kochen/ backen zusammen, glühen zusammen vor zum feiern, oder chillen einfach zusammen....je nachdem was halt so ansteht :)

Wer gerade keine Lust auf Gesellschaft hat, kann sich auch immer rausnehmen. Generell ist es uns sehr wichtig aufeinander Rücksicht zu nehmen. Ganz nach dem Motto Leben und Leben lassen.

Organizational:
There's a cleaning plan you need to integrate into. Otherwise it just doesn't work with our little kitchen. Generally, it's a good thing for us, but there's something left to stand on days.

There are currently no smokers. If you need to smoke, it's fine when you go to the kitchen. (As long as it doesn't get overhand) Otherwise it smells a bit of herbal.

The Wg consists of 4 rooms, a small but fine kitchen, a bathroom with shower and tub, the legendary canopy on which you can chill in summer, and a spacious hallway. The apartment has everything you need, 2 refrigerators, too many coffee machines, a new washing machine, a dishwasher, ...

Organisatorisches:
Es gibt einen Putzplan, in den du dich Eingliedern musst. Sonst funktioniert es einfach bei unserer kleinen Küche nicht. Generell ist es bei uns ordentlich, aber an machen Tagen wird auch mal was stehen gelassen.

Aktuell gibt es bei uns keine Raucher. Solltest du ab und zu Rauchen, ist es fine wenn du in die Küche gehst. (Solange es nicht überhand nimmt) Ansonsten riecht es ab und an mal etwas Kräuterig bei uns.

Die Wg besteht aus 4 Zimmern, einer kleinen aber feinen Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, dem legendären Vordach auf dem man im Sommer chillen kann, und einem geräumigen Flur. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, 2 Kühlschränke, zu viele Kaffeemaschinen, eine neue Waschmaschine, eine Spühlmaschine, ...
