Furnished room in 2er-WG Möbliertes Zimmer in 2er-WG

I rent my WG room (approx. 18 m2) in the nearby Gohlis south. As I move around time, I would like to rent the room as early as mid-April, but at the latest from May. However, we can talk again about the exact period of the intermediate rental.

I'd leave my bed and a clothes stand in the apartment. I'd take desks, plants and dressers to my new apartment. I would depend on what you want to keep and what I'm taking into the new apartment.

The apartment consists of two rooms. The other room is also rented from my former roommate. Kitchen and bathroom can be used together and are well equipped (spinning machine, kitchen utensils etc.). There is also a washing machine available, which is also used by the adjacent apartment.

Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer (ca. 18 m²) im zentrumsnah gelegenen Gohlis-Süd. Da ich zeitnah umziehe, würde ich das Zimmer gerne möglichst schon ab Mitte April vermieten, spätestens aber ab Mai. Über den genauen Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete können wir aber gerne nochmal reden.

Mein Bett sowie einen Kleiderständer würde ich in der Wohnung lassen. Schreibtisch, Pflanzen und Kommode würde ich mit in meine neue Wohnung nehmen. Die Ablösesumme würde ich davon abhängig machen, was ihr behalten wollt und was ich mit in die neue Wohnung nehme.

Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern. Das andere Zimmer ist gerade ebenfalls zwischenvermietet von meiner ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin. Küche und Bad können gemeinsam genutzt werden und sind gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Küchenutensilien etc.). Zudem steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, die auch von der benachbarten Wohnung mit genutzt wird.
