Hi everyone,
My flatmate is moving out of his room in the Philipp-Rosenthal-Straße Studentenwerk dorm next week (early July) and is looking for someone to sublet his room for the rest of the semester (until the end of September) and potentially take over from next semester onwards.
The room comes furnished with a mattress, desk and storage space and the Wifi is limited to 600GB a month. More information about the apartment and room can be found on the website of the Studentenwerk.
The hall of residence sits between the chemistry and physics institutes of the University and has the medicine campus only a few minutes walking away. The Johannisallee tram and bus stations are right outside and there is a mensa below the dorm. There is also a REWE about 4 minutes of walk away.
The person interested in moving in needs to be enrolled as a student at one of the institutes that are under Studentenwerk Leipzig.
