Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit allem was man braucht, Bett Schreibtisch Couch, einen Schrank stellen wir bei Bedarf noch rein anstelle der kleinen Kommode. Das Fenster geht zur sehr ruhigen Rückseite des Hauses raus.
Über die Dauer der Miete, also Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum, können wir auch flexibel sprechen.
Eng: the room is furnished with everything you need: bed, desk, couch, and we will put in a wardrobe instead of the small chest of drawers if required. The room faces the quiet backyard of the house.
We are flexible concerning the duration of the sublet and the concrete move-in and move-out dates.
Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten im grünen Plagwitz, Cafés Bars, der Kanal und der Park sind in der Nähe. ÖPNV sowie alle möglichen Supermärkte ebenfalls.
Eng: Our flat is located in Plagwitz, close to many cafés and bars and next to the canal and various parks. Public transport as well as many supermarkets are right around the corner.
Eigentlich leben wir in der wohnung als Paar - mein Partner hat einen 3 - 4 Monatigen Forschungsaufenthalt, weshalb wir das Zimmer untervermieten.
Ich bleibe in der WG. Ich bin Paula, 31 Jahre alt, arbeite als Doktorandin und mache die Ausbildung zur Psychotherapeutin. Ich bin aus meiner Partyphase im Grunde raus, freue mich über Abende mit Drinks auf dem Balkon, gemeinsames Frühstück am Wochenende oder ähnliches, brauche aber aufgrund des Arbeitsalltags auch in Ruhe Zeit für mich. Ich bin selbst queer.
Ich lebe seit 12 Jahren in Leipzig und kann gerne auch beim Kennenlernen der Stadt unterstützen :)
Eng: We normally live in the flat as a couple, but my partner has a 3 - 4 month research stay abroad, which is why we are subletting the room.
I'm staying in the flat. I'm Paula, 31 years old, queer. I am working as a doctoral student and training to be a psychotherapist. I'm basically out of my party phase and enjoy evenings with drinks on the balcony, having breakfast together on weekends and other common activities in the flat, but I also like to have time for myself and peace at home because of my everyday work. I've lived in Leipzig for 12 years and can also help you to get to know the city if you are new here :)
In der Wohnung lebt noch unser Kater. Er ist schon älter und eher ruhig, sehr verschmust. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du Katzen magst, dir auch vorstellen kannst das ein oder andere mal zu füttern.
Eng: We live with a cat. He is old and rather quiet, but very cuddly. It would be great if you like cats and if you would be fine with feeding him from time to time, in case I am not home, for example.
