Es ist ein bisschen kompliziert: Zunächst haben Sie ein 26-qm-Zimmer, für etwa 3 Monate. Es wird möbliert sein, aber das Zimmer wird von allen Musikgeräten, die Sie auf den Fotos sehen, befreit sein. Danach wird unsere Mitbewohnerin Bonnie nach Schweden ziehen und du wirst ihr Zimmer übernehmen, das 20 qm groß ist - das ist das Zimmer auf den Fotos mit dem Hochbett. Es wird unmöbliert sein, abgesehen von dem Hochbett, das noch vorhanden sein wird.
Beide Zimmer sind auf der Südseite, und ziemlich sonnig :)
Wir befinden uns in einem Wohngebiet - Sie können nachts ruhig bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

It's a bit complicated; First you will have a 26sqm room, for around 3 months. This will be furnished, but the room will be cleared of all of the music equipment you see in the photos. After that our housemate Bonnie will move to Sweden and you will take her room, which is 20 sqm - this is the room in the photos with the high bed. and will be unfurnished.
Both rooms are on the southside, and pretty sunny :) We are located in a residential area - you can sleep peacefully at night with the window open.
Wir wohnen im ruhigen Teil von Anger-Crottendorf, nördlich der Zweinauendorfer Straße. Hier leben viele Familien und immer mehr internationale Wohnungen wie unsere. Gleich nebenan gibt es einen Supermarkt und am Ende der Straße befindet sich das aufstrebende Kulturzentrum 'Ostwache', Sphere Radio, sowie viele Parks und KGVs.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, und die Straßenbahn ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

We're living in the quiet part of Anger-Crottendorf, north of Zweinauendorfer Strasse. There are many families living around joined by more and more international flats like ours. Right next door there is a supermarket and at the end of the road you will find the upcoming cultural hub ‘Ostwache’, Sphere radio, as well as many parks and KGVs.
There is a bus stop directly outside, and trams a 5 minute walk away
Sie werden hier die Nr. 6 sein, um eine große Wohnküche mit Balkon zu genießen und viele schöne Mahlzeiten und kalte Getränke oder Filmabende auf dem Projektor. Außerdem gibt es 2 Bäder, eines mit Badewanne und eines mit Dusche, und einen großen Keller.
Wir sind alle um die 30, berufstätig und daher zu ganz unterschiedlichen Zeiten zu Hause - trotzdem ist uns die gemeinsame Zeit sehr wichtig.
Das Haus ist kein Ort für ständige Partys, um dieses gemeinsame Bedürfnis zu befriedigen, sowie die verschiedenen Interessen, die wir haben, bewegen wir uns gerne in der Stadt.
Unter anderem sind wir leidenschaftliche Köche, Fahrradenthusiasten, ein DJ, wanderlustroyalty und Künstler.

You will be No.6 around here to enjoy a big Living-Kitchen with balcony and many nice meals and cold drinks or movie nights on the projector. Besides that there are 2 Bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, and a big basement.
All of us are around 30, working and therefore at home at all different times - still the ones we share are precious to us.
The house is not a place for constant parties, to satisfy that common desire as well as the ones of different interests we like move about the city.
Amongs are passionate chefs, bike enthusiasts, a DJ, wanderlustroyalty and artists.
