ich möchte meine zwei Zimmer (eins ist ein Durchgangszimmer) untervermieten.
Unsere Wohnung ist eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung, die auf zwei Ebenen verteilst ist. Meine beiden Zimmer sind in der oberen Etage, wie auch mein kleines Bad mit Toilette und Waschbecken.
Unten ist Jona´s großes Zimmer, sein Badezimmer, (was aber natürlich mit genutzt werden kann zum duschen, baden, waschen, Toilette benutzen) und die gemeinsame gemütliche Wohnküche.

Hello,
I would like to rent my two rooms (one is a walk-through room).
I am flexible with the date. So let me knwo what fits for oyou the best.
Our apartment is an attic apartment that is spread over two levels. My two rooms are on the upper floor, as is my small bathroom with toilet and sink.
Downstairs is Jona´s large room, his bathroom (which can of course be used for showering, bathing, washing and using the toilet) and the shared, cozy kitchen/living room.

Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen (außer wenn ein Spiel ist, die RedBull- Arena ist direkt nebenan) Waldstraßenviertel. Der Wald und eine Wiese/Park sind in wenigen Geh Minuten erreicht. Es gibt zwei Konsum in unmittelbarer Nähe, Netto und Aldi sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Tramstation ca. 3min zu Fuß weit weg.

The apartment is located in the quiet Waldstraße district (except when there is a game, the RedBull Arena is right next door). The forest and a meadow/park can be reached in a few minutes on foot. There are two stores (Konsum) very close, Netto and Aldi can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. Tramsation is ca. 3min walking distance.
Jona ist in seinem Jura Referendariat. Er lernt viel zu Hause und ist ab und zu bei Sitzungen dabei und deswegen unterwegs.
Jona kocht alleine relativ wenig, aber er trifft sich manchmal mit Freund*innen um zusammen zu kochen.
Er mag sich gerne auf ein Gespräch in der Küche treffen, ist aber auch gut beschäftigt mit lernen.
Zudem geht er gerne joggen.

Jona is in his law clerkship. He learns a lot at home and occasionally attends meetings and therefore out of the house.
Jona cooks relatively little alone, but he sometimes meets up with friends to cook together.
He likes to meet in the kitchen for a chat, but is also busy studying.
He also enjoys jogging.
Ich werde ausziehen und wenige Sachen da lassen. Auf Wunsch kann ein Lattenrost mit Matratze und Fächer im Begehbaren Kleiderschrank da gelassen werden. In der Küche wird alles bleiben, so das sie benutzbar ist.

I'm going to move out and I will leave only a few things behind. If desired, a slatted frame with mattress. I can also leave some boards in the walk-in closet. The kitchen stuff will stay.,
