The room and its window face south, which makes the room very bright as the sun shines in all day long. As it is a listed building, it has dark laminate flooring, large old building doors and approx. 4 m high ceilings, which makes the room appear even larger. The room is fully furnished and decorated in light colors. It includes a desk, a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, a large couch with coffee table, a closet, 2 bookshelves, a sideboard, a desk chair, a table lamp, a side lamp, a clothes horse, a garbage can, a fan, a carpet, opaque curtains, a 7-zone mattress, a comforter and pillows.

Das Zimmer und sein Fenster liegen in Richtung Süden, was den Raum sehr hell macht, da die Sonne den ganzen Tag über hineinscheint. Da es ein denkmalgeschütztes Haus ist, hat es einen dunklen Laminatfußboden, große Altbautüren und ca. 4 m hohe Decken, was den Raum noch größer wirken lässt. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und in hellen Farbtönen gehalten. Es beinhaltet einen Schreibtisch, ein Bett in der größe 160 x 200 cm, eine große Couch mit Couchtisch, einen Kleiderschrank, 2 Bücherregale, ein Sideboard, einen Schreibtischstuhl, eine Tischlampe, eine Beistelllampe, einen Wäscheständer, einen Mülleimer, einen Ventilator, einen Teppich, blickdichte Vorhänge, eine 7 Zonen Matratze sowie Bettdecke und Kissen gehören ebenfalls dazu.

Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür, zwei Haltestellen sind es bis zum Augustusplatz (hier befindet sich auch die Uni), drei bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch zu Fuß ist beides bequem
in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Netto, Rewe, Kaufland, Rossmann und diverse Bäcker sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Lene-Voigt-Park lädt in Sichtweite zum Entspannen ein, der Friedenspark lässt sich mit dem Rad auch innerhalb von 5 min erreichen.

In our apartement lives Dushayant (m28), James (m26), Gaurav (m28) and I (Mirco, m33). Dushyant and Gaurav are from India, James is from Ireland, and i'm from Germany and work here in Leipzig. James is leaving us because some professional things have changed for him. We have a cleaner in our shared flat who cleans the kitchen, bathroom and toilet thoroughly every two weeks. So it's generally tidy here. The flat share is not a purely functional flat share. Sometimes we cook together, sometimes we are invited to dinner and sometimes we play games together. But it's also accepted by everyone if you want some peace and quiet and just close the door to your room. So if you're looking for a healthy amount of togetherness, you've come to the right place. :-)

In unserer Wohnung leben Dushayant (m28), James (m26), Gaurav (m28) und ich (Mirco, m33). Dushyant und Gaurav kommen aus Indien, James ist aus Irland, und ich bin aus Deutschland und arbeite hier in Leipzig. James verlässt uns, da sich bei ihm einige berufliche Dinge geändert haben. Wir haben eine Reinigungskraft in unserer WG, die alle zwei Wochen die Küche, das Bad und die Toilette gründlich reinigt. Es ist also generell ordentlich hier. Die WG ist keine reine Funktions-WG. Manchmal kochen wir gemeinsam, manchmal werden wir zum Essen eingeladen und manchmal spielen wir gemeinsam Spiele. Aber es wird auch von allen akzeptiert, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben will und einfach die Tür zu seinem Zimmer schließt. Wenn du also ein gesundes Maß an Miteinander suchst, bist du bei uns genau richtig :-)

Our house offers a lot of variety:
On the ground floor there is the Kultur Lounge, a Döner and a chinese delivery service. If you want to have a beer, you only have to go down the stairs. Sometimes on the weekends, there are concerts or theater performances in the culture lounge, which can be attended. Since we live closly under the roof, you don't hear anything about the events.
The house is packed with students living in shared flats, so it is also possible to make contact to other neighbours. In the backyard is the garden, which can also be used for barbecues by arrangement.

Unser Haus bietet eine Menge Abwechslung:
Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich die Kultur Lounge, ein Döner und ein chinesischer Lieferdienst. Möchte man mal ein Bier trinken gehen, dann braucht man nur die Treppen hinab zu steigen. Am Wochenende finden in der Kulturlounge Konzerte oder Theatervorstellungen statt, die besucht werden können. Da wir fast unter dem Dach wohnen, hört man von den Veranstaltungen gar nichts.
Das Haus ist vollgepackt mit Studenten Wg's, sodass sich auch Wg übergreifend Kontakte schlißen lassen.
Im Hinterhof befindet sich der Garten, der nach Absprache auch zum Grillen genutz werden kann.
