In the “Kingdom of Leutzsch”. The given address is not exactly right, but it is very close. To the streetcar line 7 it is a 4 minute walk (stop Diakonissen-Krankenhaus). The train station Leutzsch with suburban trains and some regional trains is about 7 minutes away by bike.
Vorab: Ich bin selbst halb auf dem Sprung, daher ist das Zimmer vorerst nur zur Zwischenmiete ausgeschrieben. Je nachdem gäb's die Option, dass du die Wohnung übernehmen könntest.
Zu mir: Ich bin Benedikt, 32 Jahre alt, und schon eine Weile in Leipzig. Ich bin gerade dabei, mich in verschiedenen Kliniken zu bewerben - bis mindestens Februar habe ich aber noch einen recht entspannten lifestyle in der Blutspende und wäre häufiger mal zum späten Frühstück in der Küche anzutreffen.
Lieblingsprojekte von mir in meiner Freizeit sind alles rund um Bewegung (Calisthenics, zeitgenössisches Tanzen, Akrobatik) und Mukke (Auflegen, bissl producen, Gitarre).
Zuhause mag ich es eher ruhig, geniesse es aber auch, punktuell mal die Musik voll aufzudrehen und dann ausrasten zu können. Ich schätze es für-/miteinander zu kochen und am Leben voneinander Teil zu haben. Auch wenn es nur eine kürzere Zeit werden sollte, ist mir doch ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig. Ein bewusster Umgang mit Ressourcen, und eine antirassistische, feministische Grundüberzeugung sind für mich Grundvoraussetzung, ohne dass ich die ganze Zeit am Politisieren bin oder aktivistisch lebe.
Ich brauche ein einigermaßen hohes Level an Ordnung und Sauberkeit, um ich wohl zu fühlen, und würde mir das auch von Dir wünschen. Zumindest basic Orga-Strukturen dafür finde ich sinnvoll.
Die Gemeinschaftsfläche in der Wohnung (aka die Küche) ist ziemlich klein, was Bereitschaft zur gegenseitigen Rücksichtnahme erfordert. Am Besten, du schaust dir's mal an. :)

About me: I’m XYZ, 32 years old, and I’ve been living in Leipzig for a while. I’m currently applying to various clinics, but until at least February, I still have a pretty relaxed lifestyle working in blood donation, and you’ll often find me in the kitchen having a late breakfast.
My favorite hobbies in my free time revolve around movement (calisthenics, contemporary dance, acrobatics) and music (DJing, a bit of producing, guitar).
At home, I prefer it to be rather quiet, but I also enjoy cranking up the music now and then and letting loose. I value cooking together and being part of each other’s lives. Even if it’s only for a short time, a harmonious co-living situation is important to me. A mindful approach to resources and an anti-racist, feminist mindset are fundamental for me—though I’m not constantly talking politics or living an activist lifestyle.
I need a certain level of order and cleanliness to feel comfortable and would expect the same from you. I find at least basic organizational structures for this helpful.
The shared space in the apartment (aka the kitchen) is pretty small, which calls for mutual consideration. It’s best if you just come and take a look. :)
