Sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit Dachschräge und einem Fenster. Zimmer ist eher länglich geformt und hat einen Holzbalken in der Mitte (wie man auf dem Bild sieht). Das Zimmer würde unmöbeliert vermietet werden.

Die Lage ist gut. Man kann 5min laufen und hat sowohl einen Penny, eine Rewe, eine Norma als auch einen Rossmann und einen NKD. 2min zu Fuß entfernt ist das Bouldergym "Onyx" und an der selben Location ist auch die "Soccerworld". Die nächste Haltestelle für die Tram ist die Philipp-Reis-Straße oder Pfingstweide. Beide ungefähr 4min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der 7 Richtung Sommerfeld kann man bis zum Sportforum, Hauptbahnhof und bis zum Hauptcampus am Augustusplatz durchfahren.

Sehr entspannte Mitbewohnerinnen, die gerne zusammen kochen und sich unterhalten. Ab und zu wird abends auch die ein oder andere Runde Beerpong gespielt. Wichtig ist, dass es keine Zweck-WG ist und man gerne Sachen gemeinsam unternimmt.
