The kitchen and the toilet get most of the sun!
Otherwise it is still a surprisingly bright room. The ceilings are around 3.5 meters (so it is suitable for a high bed) and it has stucco.

the location is just wonderful, combination of Nature, public trasportation and a lot of Shoping apportunities.
The tram and bus stop is about 2-6 minutes away to any direction you want to go to (Lindenauer Markt or Felsenkeller)
