Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen. Im unteren Bereich befindet sich ein innenliegendes Bad mit Badewanne. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich das zweite Bad mit Dusche und Tageslicht, die Küche und zwei weitere Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und im Sanitärbereich gefliest. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über Leipzig.
Das freie Zimmer hat durch die Balken und die gute Aufteilung etwas schönes an sich. Möbel sind ist schon vorhanden und bleiben im Zimmer (Schreibtisch, Schrank, Beistelltisch und Bett 140 x 200).
The apartment is on 2 floors. In the lower area there is an interior bathroom with bathtub. In the upper area is the second bathroom with shower and daylight, the kitchen and two more rooms.
The apartment is laid out with laminate and tiled in the sanitary area. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over Leipzig.
The free room has something nice about it because of the beams and the good layout. Furniture is already available and remain in the room (desk, wardrobe, side table and bed 140 x 200).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Szene Viertel Leipzig Plagwitz und wer es etwas rühiger mag, kann die Nähe des Lindenauer Hafens genießen.

mein Name ist Michi (30), Diplomingenieur. Ich habe die WG Anfang 2019 gegründet und wohne quasi in der Wohnung, nur die Besetzung rotiert von Zeit zu Zeit=). Zu meinen Hobbys zählen Kochen/Backen, Musik, Gesellschaftsspiele, sportliche Aktivitäten, Basteln in der Werkstatt und oft mit dem Wohnmobil auf Achse sein. Ich mag es gern sauber und aufgeräumt. Aus den wilden Partyjahren bin ich raus, daher finde ich ein respektvoll, ruhiges und gesellschaftliches Miteinander ganz ansprechend.
Du kann in die Fußstapfen von lieben Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern treten und wenn du magst, deinen Teil zum kulturellen Austausch einbringen.

my name is Michi (30), graduate engineer. I founded the WG at the beginning of 2019 and live in the apartment, only the roommates are rotating from time to time=). My hobbies include cooking/baking, music, board games, sports activities, tinkering in the garage and often being on the road with the camper. I like it clean and tidy. I'm out of the wild party years, so I find respectful, quiet and social togetherness quite appealing.
You can follow in the footsteps of lovely people from several countries and if you like, contribute your part to the cultural exchange.

Dein Zimmer ist auf der oberen Etage und ist voll ausgestattet mit einem 1,40m breitem x 2,00m langem Bett (Wahlweise 70cm x 200cm), einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und Kommode sowie einem kleinen Rolltisch. Es ist W-lan, fließend warmes und kaltes Wasser, wenn dir kalt ist kannst du Heizen. Du brauchst im Prinzip nur deine Kleidung mitbringen/persönliche Sachen mitbringen =)
Da wir zwei Bäder haben, teilst du dir eins davon und hast sogar ein eigenes Waschbecken, da in diesem zwei Vorhanden sind.
Your room is on the upper floor and is fully equipped with a 1.40m wide x 2.00m long bed (optional 70cm x 2.00m), a desk with chair, closet and chest of drawers and a small roll-top table. There is W-lan, hot and cold running water, if you are cold you can heat. In principle, you only need to bring your clothes/personal stuff =)
Since we have two bathrooms, you share one of them and even have your own sink, since there are two available in this one.
