Das Zimmer ist voll eingerichtet mit neuem 1,4m Boxspringbett.

Durch die 3 großen Fenster kommt sehr viel Licht in die Wohnung was gerade im Winter echt Gold wert ist, vor allem weil die WG nach Süden ausgerichtet ist und es dadurch zumindestens nicht ganz so düster wird.

Die WG ist im Studentenwohnheim im Süden von Leipzig, genauer gesagt in Lößnig. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man ist schnell im Grünen. Ein Park, mit einem schönen kleinen Teich, zum spazieren gehen ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Solltest du mehr Action wollen ist die Bahn auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit der bist du dann in 15 min in der Innenstadt an der Uni oder in 10 min in Connewitz, wo du sehr viele Bars und Restaurants findest.

Mit meinem Mitbewohner Moc, ist das WG Leben auf jeden Fall sehr entspannt. Er kommt ursprünglich aus dem Iran, spricht aber auch fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Wenn du mein WG Zimmer gerne für ein paar Monate übernehmen willst, während ich im Auslandssemester bin, schreib mich gerne an und wir finden bestimmt einen Termin für eine Besichtigung, gerne auch online.
