Servus :). Wir suchen einen Zwischenmieter von Mitte August 2024 bis Mitte Februar 2025, da ich für ein Praktikum nach Berlin gehe. Die genauen Daten können wir nochmal besprechen.
Das 14qm große Zimmer zeigt in Richtung Süden, in den Innenhof. Dadurch ist es schön hell, ruhig und man schaut ins Grüne. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, ohne Aufzug.
Bezüglich der Ausstattung brauchts eigentlich kaum mehr - Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, zwei weitere Regale & ein Spiegel. Ich würde natürlich meine persönlichen Sachen rausräumen & dir die Möbel so wie sie sind stehen lassen. Ausstattung der Küche & des Bades sieht man denke ich ganz gut auf den Bildern.
Weiterhin gibt es einen Keller, einen Garten (wobei eher eine Grünfläche) im Innenhof & einen Fahrradschuppen.

We’re looking for someone to sublet from mid-August 2024 to mid-February 2025 since I’ll be heading to Berlin for an internship. We can sort out the exact dates later.
The 14sqm room faces south towards the courtyard, so it’s nice and bright, quiet, and looks out onto some greenery. The apartment is on the first floor, no elevator.
As for the furnishings, there's not much else you'll need - bed, desk, wardrobe, two extra shelves, and a mirror. I’ll clear out my personal stuff and leave the furniture as it is for you. You can see the kitchen and bathroom setup pretty well in the pictures.
There’s also a basement, a garden (more like a green area) in the courtyard, and a bike shed.
Die Georg-Schumann-Straße ist die längste Straße Leipzigs mit einigen Geschäften und Lokalen.
Die WG ist bezüglich des ÖPNVs perfekt gelegen - die Haltestelle Dantestraße ist direkt vor der Tür und bringt einen in ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Rad ist man sogar noch etwas schneller unterwegs.
2 Minuten entfernt ist ein Konsum, 10 Minuten ungefähr ein Kaufland oder Rewe. Döner, Domino's oder asiatisches Essen sind alles binnen 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Man ist schnell im Grünen, an der sogenannten Luppe und dem Auensee, die sich top für Radtouren oder Spaziergänge eignen. Der Delitzscher See ist 30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, der Cospudener See 40 Minuten. Die Anbindung an die Autobahn ist auch sehr fix, falls benötigt.

The Georg-Schumann-Straße is the longest street in Leipzig with some shops and restaurants.
The apartment is perfectly located for public transport - the Dantestraße stop is right outside the door and takes you to the city center and main train station in about 15 minutes. You can get there even faster by bike.
A Konsum is 2 minutes away, and a Kaufland or Rewe is about 10 minutes away. Döner, Domino's, or Asian food are all reachable within 3 minutes.
You can quickly get to the green areas, like the so-called Luppe and Auensee, which are great for bike tours or walks. Delitzscher See is 30 minutes away by bike, and Cospudener See is 40 minutes away. The connection to the highway is also very quick if needed.
Marian, Musikstudent & Adam, angehender Medientechniker wären deine Mitbewohner. Beide Kollegen sind sehr musikalisch unterwegs :).
Das WG-Leben ist ansonsten relativ locker und es ergibt sich, was sich ergibt.
