hallo:)
wir suchen eine Zwischenmiete für den Juli, weil unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht. Das Zimmer ist leider unmöbiliert für den Monat. Wir sind auch offen für einen längeren Zeitraum.
Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, ruhig und geht zur Straße raus.
Die wg ist in der Ludwigstr. und nah an der Haltestelle zur Einerstraße auf der Eisi. Auf der Eisenbahnstraße ist alles was man so braucht:)
Wir studieren beide und sind offene, kommunikative und freundliche Menschen! Sauberkeit und gute Kommunikation sind uns sehr wichtig:)
Wir haben noch ein Atelier (20qm) was du kreativ nutzen kannst:) Uns ist bewusst, dass die Bedingungen relativ mau sind, so ohne Möbilierung und spontan, weshalb wir auch offen sind über den Preis zu reden!
