The room has its own furniture, the sofa, glass table, computer desk and the wardrobe, they all are inclusive in the wg. no cost for these.
It has two big windows and you can easily get sun inside the room in the morning, its very convenient sharing space.
In the celler we have two washing machines and dryer for everyone to use and its free.
The rent includes everything, its the total rent we pay everything.
P.S: In the new contract, the rent could increase for which i am not sure yet!
The nearest tram stop in reudnitz koehl, just 4 stops from hbf. And its very near the centre as if you can walk even and reach Augustusplatz in 15 mins.
Its also very near to eisenbahn, you can take bus or walk for 10 mins.
Its the perfect location for someone who works in the centre and travel there frequently.
We are 3 people in wg including me.
You will be living with buttum and Modi, they both are workinh full time and are mostly out for work.
Its a simple living wg, not too much going on but we do bbq outside in the summers.
We keep the bathroon and kitchen clean as much as we can. And weekly clean wverything.
