Das Zimmer und die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Und Komplett meint Komplett. Eventuell braucht man je nach eigenen Bedürfnissen noch einen weiteren kleinen Schrank, ansonsten ist alles da. Bett, Couch, Tisch, Schrank, Fernseher, SmartTV Stick etc.
Bad und Küche sind ebenfalls vollständig ausgestattet, alles was zum Leben nötig ist ist da. Inklusive Waschmaschine, Geschirr usw. Man zieht einfach in eine komplette Wohnung ein und muss sich um nichts außer seiner Kleidung kümmern.
Strom, Nebenkosten und Internet sind im Mietpreis inklusive. (Strom und Nebenkosten nicht als Flatrate, sondern gerechnet nach Normalverbrauch 2 Personen. Wer 2x am Tag duscht und das 365 x im Jahr, muss gegebenenfalls mit Nebenkostennachzahlungen rechnen. Ansonsten alles inkl.)
Im zweiten Zimmer wohnt ein sympathischer Mittdreißiger mit Hund. Die Hündin ist extrem lieb und 100% Menschenkompatibel. Das Raumbild ist aus dem zweiten Raum, da die Vormieterin erst heute auszieht. Aber so seht ihr ca. den Ausstattungstandard. Es ist alles vorhanden inkl. großer Fernsehr an der Wand, Bett, Kommode, Wäscheständer, Schreibtisch, kleines Sofa und Tisch.
Extrem gut gelegen. Zur Haltestelle "Köhlerstraße" läuft man 5 Minuten. Von dort aus sind es 2 Minuten mit der Bahn zum Augustusplatz.
Die Wohnung wird aktuell noch renoviert. Frisch gestrichen etc.
