Das Zimmer liegt in einer 3-Zimmer Wohnung und hat schöne große Fenster. Es bleibt komplett möbiliert, da ich die Möbel auch vom Vormieter übernommen habe. Eine Mikrowelle bleibt auch drin. Die qm-Anzahl muss ich nochmal nachschauen, aber das Zimmer ist auf jeden Fall ausreichend groß.

Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Tram gibts 4min zur Einertstraße (Eisi) oder 7min zur Koehlerstraße. Es gibt ein Rewe in der Nähe oder Kaufland/Rossmann auch bei der Koehlerstraße. In 20min kann man auch zum hbf laufen !!

Ich wohne hier zusammen mit Tobias (Hauptmieter) und Bassel. Die beiden sind Ende 20/Anfang 30 und beide super nett. In der Zeit, in der ich hier gewohnt habe, haben wir nicht so viel connected, es war schon eher Zweck-WG, aber die Mitbewohner sind auf jeden Fall angenehm.

Das Zimmer ist ab April frei, aber ich bin schon ein paar Tage früher raus. Schreib gerne, wenn du Interesse an einer Besichtigung oder sonstige Fragen hast <3 Ich bin in nächster Zeit viel adbeiten. aber wir finden bestimmt einen Termin !!
