Das Zimmer ist fast quadratisch mit zwei grossen Fenstern, Stuck und geht zum ruhigen Hinterhof raus.

In der WG wohnen Carsten (arbeitet als Ingenieur) und Lara (studiert und arbeitet teilzeit als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin). Es gibt einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, ein Wohn- und ein Gästezimmer. Der Umgang ist zwanglos, humorvoll, freundschaftlich. Keine exzessives Frühstückszusammensitzen, aber zusammen Kaffee oder Abendessen oder Spaziergänge, wie es kommt.
Zwischenmiete ist sehr flexibel und kann evtl sogar permanent werden, falls von allen Seiten gewünscht.
