Dieses Schöne Zimmer sucht für ca 2 Wochen eine Zwischenmieterin oder Zwischenmieter.
Da ich aus der WG in eine eigene Wohnung ziehe und für einen halben Monat keine doppelte Miete zahlen möchte, suche ich eine Person die ebenso eine Überbrückung sucht oder Urlaub in Leipzig machen möchte.
Das super helle und schön geschnittene Zimmer zeigt Richtung Osten, hat also Morgensonne.
Ich würde eine Matze da lassen und einen Schreibtisch, sonst ist das Zimmer leer.
Kostenpunkt 95 Euro, natürlich auch Internet Flatrate.
Wer hat hat Lust auf Urlaub ? ;-)

Leipziger Osten, Querstraße zu Eisenbahnstrasse, nahe Einertstrasse Haltestelle
Balkon gibt es keinen aber eine 30qm große sehr schöne helle Küche, ebenso das Bad.
Gartenmitbenutzung und viele Bars in der Nähe. Die zwei Mitbewohnerinnen sind lebendig
und offen wenn sie zu Hause sind.
