Bequemes und ruhiges Zimmer, nicht zu groß, aber groß genug für einen einzelnen Studenten oder Fachmann. Es gibt keinen Balkon, obwohl das Fenster für alle Jahreszeiten ausreichend Belüftung bietet. Holzboden zum einfachen Staubsaugen und Reinigen. Wir halten sauber, obwohl der Küchenboden etwas abgenutzt aussieht.
Comfy and quiet room, not too large though good enough for students or professionals. There is unfortunately no balcony in the room or apartment, though the window provides enough ventilation for all seasons. Wooden floor for easy vacuuming and cleaning. We keep clean, however the wooden floor is a bit worn.
WICHTIG: Wir brauchen jemanden, der entweder Vollzeit oder bei in Deutschland lebenden Eltern arbeitet. Dies liegt daran, dass wir jemanden als Hauptmieter und uns als Untermieter brauchen.
IMPORTANT: We need someone working full-time or with parents living in Germany. This is due to us needing a new main tenant so we can sub-let from them, since we're working part time and one of us currently living is a student from abroad.

Günstige Gegend, Straßenbahn ganz in der Nähe und REWE 10-12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Apotheke und Straßenbahnhaltestelle 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, zusammen mit einigen türkischen Geschäften in der Nähe. Kirche 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, direkt daneben befindet sich eine Spätzeit. Generell eine gute Anbindung an fast ganz Leipzig, da die Straßenbahn Nr. 8 durch unsere Straßenbahnhaltestelle fährt.
Ihre Mitbewohner wären Enrico und ich, Bartosz. Enrico ist ein Student aus Indonesien und ich bin ein junger Profi, der in Deutschland arbeitet. Wir sprechen eine Mischung aus Deutsch und Englisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr entspannt. Wir sind auch sehr chill
Wie bereits erwähnt, brauchen wir jemanden als Hauptmieter. Dazu müssen Sie entweder Vollzeit arbeiten oder Eltern in Deutschland haben.
