Das Zimmer hat ca. 22 Quadratmeter (oder sogar mehr? weiß nicht genau, auf jeden Fall jede Menge Platz) . Falls dir das nicht ausreicht, hat die Wohnung außerdem eine riesige Küche anzubieten, die ebenfalls zum chillen genutzt werden kann. Das Zimmer kostet 400 Euro, inklusive Strom, Internet, GEZ.
The room is about 22 . We also have a really large kitchen where you can hang out. Total price is 400 euros (including electricity, internet and GEZ (fee for German public broadcasting services that you have to pay for, whether you use the services or not).
Die Wohnung liegt relativ am Anfang der Eisenbahnstraße, in der Nähe von mehreren Bars, Cafés und Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (darunter ein Gemüseladen, der sich direkt unten im Haus befindet). Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. einen Kilometer entfernt, zur Haltestelle Einerstraße läuft man 1-2 Minuten. Es gibt außerdem einen Park (Rabet), etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
The flat is located at the beginning of Eisenbahnstraße, with a lot of bars, cafés, takeaway places and supermarkets/smaller shops nearby. The street has kind of a bad reputation, but it’s fine, honestly. Leipzig Main Station is about 1 km away, there’s also a tram stop 1-2 min away from the flat. There is also a small park about 5 min away.
Du würdest mit mir, Nour (28) zusammenwohnen. Wenn du gerne Rotkäppchen Rosé trinkst und sowohl Trash TV als auch schlechte Memes magst, werden wir uns sicher gut verstehen. Selbstverständlich besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Tür hinter sich zuzumachen und einfach mal seine Ruhe zu haben. Ebenfalls selbstverständlich ist, dass Rassismus, Antisemitismus und Mackergehabe in seinen unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen in dieser Wohnung nicht erwünscht sind.
