Das aller coolste überhaupt: Dein Zimmer bietet dir jeden Tag die Möglichkeit auf einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang direkt von dem Fenster aus. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 19qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster mit einem weiten Blick über die Gleise. Da ich nur 5 Monate weg bin, wäre das Zimmer möbliert.

Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Küche, ein schickes Bad mit Eckbadewanne (ziemlich nice!) und einen Balkon auf dem es den ganzen Tag Sonne gibt.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer etwas befahrenen, aber eher ruhigeren Nebenstraße.

The coolest thing of all: Your room offers you the possibility of a beautiful sunset every day directly from the window. Your future room is about 19 qm and has two big windows with a wide view over the tracks.

The apartment has a cozy kitchen, a fancy bathroom with a corner bathtub (pretty nice!) and a balcony where you can enjoy the sun all day long.

The apartment is located in a somewhat busy, but rather quiet side street.

Wunderbar zentral im Osten gelegen, direkt am Eingangstor zur Eisenbahnstraße. Einmal um die Ecke zum besten Köfte des Ostens, etwas weiter gibt's dann schon einige / wenn alles wieder geht / Cafés, Bars und kulturelle Unterhaltung .
Das mjut ist einmal über die Gleise entfernt und man kann immer einen Abstecher zur Sommerbar unter der Woche machen und bald hoffentlich auch wieder am Wochenende tanzen, ganz ohne langen Heimweg.

Einkaufen kann man zu Fuß direkt um die Ecke im Bio-Laden, den unzähligen internationalen Lebensmittelläden, Aldi, Konsum und dem praktischsten Laden der Welt: dem Angebot. Aber auch in die andere Richtung geht's fix zu REWE und 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist der Hauptbahnhof - also steht dem Sonntagseinkauf auch nichts im Wege.

Der Friedrich-List-Platz ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und von dort ist man bestens mit Tram und Bus vernetzt (Tramlinien 1,3 & 8, Bus 72 und 73).

Centrally located in the east, right at the gateway to Eisenbahnstraße. Once around the corner to the best Köfte of the East, a little further there are plenty cafes, bars and cultural entertainment.
The mjut is once across the tracks away and you can always make a detour to the Sommerbar during the week and soon hopefully dance again on the weekend, without a long way home.
Shopping can be done on foot just around the corner at the organic grocery store, the countless international grocery stores, Aldi, Konsum and the most practical store in the world: "im Angebot". But also in the other direction it's fast to REWE and a 10 minutes walk away is the main station - so nothing stands in the way of Sunday shopping.

Friedrich-List-Platz is a 5-minute walk away and from there you are well connected by tram and bus (streetcar lines 1,3 & 8, bus 72 and 73).

Ich (dein Mitbewohner Niko) bin 30 Jahre alt, wohne mittlerweile seit 10 Jahre in Leipzig, arbeite indirekt beim Fernsehen und in der neuen Welle (das ist ein Club in Leipzig). Dort verbringe ich auch meine Wochenenden — vorausgesetzt ich gehe aus. Ansonsten bin ich relativ unkompliziert.

I (your flatmate Niko) am 30 years old, have lived in Leipzig for 10 years now, work indirectly in television and at the Neue Welle (a club in Leipzig). I also spend my weekends there - provided I go out. Apart from that, I'm relatively uncomplicated.
