Toll geschnittenes Zimmer mit direkten Fenstern zum Balkon. Also hast du auch gar kein Verkehrslärm. Ab Nachmittag hast du tolles Sonnenlicht (wenn sie denn mal rauskommt). Hohe Decken, also viel Space für alles was dir Lieb ist.
Lage ist top – Öffis gleich vor der Haustür (sowohl Straßenbahn, als auch Bus). Bis zur S–Bahnstation Plagwitz bist du 15 Minuten unterwegs. Die Elsterpassage ist direkt nebenan und bietet diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Karl–Heine Straße mit tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants ist gleich um die Ecke und wunderbare Second Hands Shops gibt es auch. Ansonsten bist auch gleich am Kanal – Wenn dich also das Wasser ruft, hast du es nicht weit :D
Clubs sind auch in der Nähe, genauso wie Parks :)
In der WG wohnen aktuell Elias und Lisa. Elias ist 28 Jahre und aktuell im Studienvorbereitungskurs für sein Jazz Musikstudium. Hier und da läuft also Musik, aber immer so wie es für alle passt. Lisa ist 28 und jobt sich durchs Leben. Sie ist auch gerne kreativ und freut sich über Gesprächpartner:innen. Wir pflegen ein entspanntes Miteinander in dem jeder/jede ihren oder seinem Space hat.
Vermieterin meint, dass Haustiere nicht erwünscht sind. Ansonsten freuen wir uns über jede Anfrage :)
