Hallooohoo, Ich biete ein schönes, großes und lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer mit direktem Balkonzugang zur dauerhaften Übernahme ab Februar an. Es befindet sich in einer 3er WG, im 2.OG eines sanierten Altbaus mit Blick auf den Hinterhof des Gebäudes.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Leipziger Osten im Stadtteil Reudnitz. Hier gibt es zahlreiche schöne Cafés (Café Bubu, Zack Zack), Bars (Substanz, Zu spät, Stammbar) und Parks (Lene-Voigt-Park, Friedenspark). Die Haltestelle Breite Straße mit sehr guter Anbindung kann innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen im nahen Umfeld bei verschiedenen Supermärkten.

Unsere WG existiert bereits seit 2019 und zeichnet sich durch ein sehr schönes WG Leben mit Koch- u. Spieleabenden sowie gemeinsamen Ausflügen aus. Wir freuen uns, wenn du Lust hast daran teilzunehmen! Für Küche, Bad und Flur gibt es einen wöchentlichen Putzplan.
