Hallo :)
Ich hab mir eine schöne 3-Raum-Wohnung geangelt und mag da aber nicht alleine wohnen. 80qm zu zweit. Jede*r ein Schlafzimmer (beide ca. 15qm groß), dazu ein gemeinsames großes Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Balkon, Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, Klo und Fenster, dazu noch ein Gäste-WC. Helles Parkett in allen Räumen, viel Licht, alles super. Waschmaschine, Internet, Ökostrom.

Zwischen Lene und Friedenspark, ruhige Straße, Innenhof mit Baum.

Ich suche einen ausgeglichenen Menschen, der sich mit mir die halbe Wohnung teilen möchte. Von Zwischenmiete bis mehreren WG Jahren ist alles möglich. Hauptsache wir verstehen uns. :)

Ich bin w39, hab Geografie studiert und arbeite jetzt in der IT. Fahre entweder mit dem Rad ins Büro oder mache auch mal homeoffice. Gehe zum Yoga, schwimmen und ins Programmkino und so. Würde mich freuen, wenn wir gemeinsam essen, Film schauen, Tischtennis spielen oder mal was unternehmen. Wir müssen nicht alles teilen, aber auf eine reine ZweckWG hab ich keine Lust. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir wichtig, Besuch und eine Einzugsparty aber auch.

Alles geht, nichts muss. Schon eher links grün, aber bitte nicht dogmatisch. Die Wohnung ist noch sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Bring gern Blumen und ein Sofa mit! :)
