Hello I am subletting my room for 5 weeks, please only apply if short therm is ok for you!
The room is spacious, very bright and has a balcony which you can enter true the window.
The area is very quiet, so if you want to sleep with open windows it's no problem.
The room comes with the furniture. You only need to bring blanket and pillow. The bed is only 90 cm wide, but you can also extend the sofa to give a bit of extra space.
325 EURO for 5 Weeks.
There is an ALDI and a REWE only 5 minutes to walk away. Also a bus and tram stop is reachable in 5 minutes and there is a Späti in the same house. So what ever you desire is very reachable.
Further there is the Lene-Vogt Park, and some other parks very close bye if you like to hang out in the green.
The flatmates are super sweet and friendly. Tobi, Flo and Alexia are living in the flat; Alexia is from Argentina and just learning German, so it would be great if you speak English or Spanish.
We are not just a shared flat for convenience! We enjoy having coffee together in the morning, cooking, or doing other things as a group, but everyone also has their own space and routines – so just the usual balance. The vibe is very relaxed, and good communication is important to us. 😊

Theres usually a dog living with me in the room, but he is not living in the Appartment while you will be living there, only for one week of the time, so if you don't like dogs please don't apply.
