Purchasing technology is a rewe around the corner and a buying country and an aldi nearby. For spontaneous hunger, a diner shop is on two hands and a cafe directly at the Lenepark, which is approx. 200m away and is suitable for relaxing or playing Flunkyball on beautiful days.

If you get hungry on a whim, there's a kebab shop two doors down and a caffe right next to Lenepark, about 200 away meters, which is perfect for relaxing or playing Flunkyball on nice days.

Quasi direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die Haltestelle Riebeck/Oststraße, mit der der Hauptcampus und die Stadtmitte schnell zu erreichen ist. Die Navi und Medizinfakultäten lassen sich innerhalb von 5-10 min mit dem Bus erreichen, für die Fahrradfahrer*innen ist es vermutlich sogar schneller.
Einkaufstechnisch ist ein Rewe um die Ecke und ein Kaufland und ein Aldi in der Nähe. Für den spontanen Hunger ist ein Dönerladen zwei Häüser weiter und ein Kafe direkt beim Lenepark , welcher ca. 200m entfernt ist und sich an schönen Tagen zum entspannen oder Flunkyball spielen eignet.

Deine Mitbewohner sind:

Edson, 32, ist aus Barcelona hergezogen, schwul und übt sehr motiviert deutsch. Er spricht spanisch und englisch fließend, arbeitet als Dentalhygenieker, trainiert gerne und hat vermutlich den spaßigsten Musikgeschmack.

Jonah, 23, schreibt jetzt bald seine Masterarbeit, ist meistens recht viel unterwegs, geht gerne mal ins Stadion und für einen Bar-Abend ist er immer zu haben. Als ausgleich macht er gerne Calisthenics oder Bodyweight Workouts.

Saba, 28 Jahre alt, spricht Spanisch, Katalan, Englisch, Urdu und Punjabi. Sie ist tatsächlich auch aus Barcelona nach Deutschland gezogen, lernt gerade frisch Deutsch, ist sehr kontaktfreudig/sozial und reist gerne. Saba ist auch gerade erst frisch zu uns gezogen.



Dadurch dass uns leider zeitgleich zwei Mitbewohnis verlassen, wird neben dir auch noch eine neue Person im Mai einziehen!

Wir haben aktuell alle sehr unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe und treffen uns meist eher spontan in der Küche und quatschen. Trotzem gehen wir hin und wieder gerne in die Kneipe oder schauen Filme im Flur (meist Disney oder Star Wars) und sind eigentlich immer für gemeinsame Aktionen zu haben. Es ist ein super entspanntes zusammenleben ohne Verpflichtungen oder sonstigem.

Wir suchen eine Person die optimalerweise länger bei und einzieht und nicht nur für einen kurzen Zeitraum. Unsere Hausverwaltung erwartet außerdem einen Schufa Nachweis und einen einkommensnachweis (von euch oder euren eltern).

Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind uns wichtig. Es gibt einen Putzplan, wo du einen Part einnehmen würdest. Nach Benutzung die Küche bitte ordentlich hinterlassen, sprich Arbeitsflächen kurz abreiben und benutztes Geschirr bitte nicht in der Spüle stehen lassen.
Geraucht werden kann auf dem Balkon. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, allerdings keinen funktionierenden Geschirrspüler. Die Wg besitzt zwei Badezimmer. Bei sonstigen Fragen einfach anschreiben. Mehr Bilder kommen noch.
