In der Zeit vom 6. März 2025 bis zum 20. April 2025 ist bei uns ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Genauer gesagt handelt es sich um ein Zimmer, welches in den ersten drei Wochen frei ist, und dann ein anderes Zimmer in der WG, welches weitere drei Wochen frei ist.
Beide Zimmer sind möbiliert und gut ausgestattet. Wenn dich ein kleiner Umzug innnerhalb der 6 Wochen von einem in das andere Zimmer nicht stört freuen wir uns sehr, wenn du Lust hast für die Zeit Teil von unserer gemütlichen WG zu werden!
Das Zimmer für die ersten drei Wochen ist ca. 15m² groß. Die zwei Fenster zeigen nach Nordwesten, sodass du allabendlich den Sonnenuntergang genießen kannst.
Das Zimmer für die Zeit ab April ist klein und gemütlich, hat einen schönen Dielenboden und eine sehr schöne Wand. Kleines Manko ist das kleine Fenster.
Wir wohnen im Dachgeschoss und genießen einen Karlsson-vom-Dach-Blick über die Nachbarschaft. Die Miete (235 Euro) ist warm inkl. Strom, Internet, Mieterschutzbund und Solawi -Gemüse
Auch sonst ist die WG sehr gemütlich und verwinkelt. Es gibt ein kleines Wohnzimmer, was sich gut eignet, um dort mit Leuten abzuhängen, eine Küche mit allem drum und dran, ein kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne und als besonderes Schmankerl einen "Wintergarten-Balkon". Hier lässt sich gut die Zeit verbringen - Gewitter, den Mond, Heißtluftballons beobachten oder was sonst noch so vorbeifliegt!
Für weiteren größeren Krams gibt es auf dem Dachboden oder im Keller des Hauses auf jeden Fall genug Stauraum, um den unterzubringen.

In the period from March 6, 2025 to April 20, 2025, we have a room available for interim rent. More precisely, it is a room that is free for the first three weeks and then another room in the shared flat that is free for another three weeks.
Both rooms are furnished and well equipped. If you don't mind a small move from one room to the other within the 6 weeks, we would be very happy if you would like to become part of our cozy shared flat for the time being!
The room for the first three weeks is about 15m² in size. The two windows face north-west, so you can enjoy the sunset every evening.
The room for the period from April is small and cozy, has a beautiful floorboard and a very nice wall. One small drawback is the small window.
We live on the top floor and enjoy a Karlsson view from the roof over the neighborhood. The rent (235 euros) is warm and includes electricity, internet, tenant protection association and organic vegetables
The flat share is also very cozy and angled. There is a small living room, which is great for hanging out with people, a kitchen with all the trimmings, a small bathroom with a bathtub and, as a special treat, a “winter garden balcony”. This is a great place to spend time - watching thunderstorms, the moon, hot air balloons or anything else that flies by!
There is definitely enough storage space in the attic or cellar of the house to store any other larger items.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Reudnitz und ist entspannt zu allem angebunden, was das Herz so begehrt. Fast direkt vor der Tür hält die 60 Richtung Westen, ansonsten ist es auch nicht weit bis zur Riebeckstraße, von wo die 4 und die 70 in Richtung Zentrum und Eisenbahnstraße fährt.
In die Innenstadt und zur Uni braucht man von hier aus eine knappe Viertelstunde mit dem Rad, ähnlich schnell wie mit den Öffis.
Ob Rewe oder Aldi - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Ansonsten gibt es Eis, Dürüm, die besten Pommes in Leipzig auch um die Ecke (Riebeckstraße oder Zweinaundorfer) - und einen Späti direkt vor unserer Haustür!
Was das Spazieren und Flanieren im Grünen angeht, so ist der Lene-Park und das Stötteritzer Wäldchen schnell erreicht. Auch das Freibad-Südost, für eine kurze Abkühlung zwischendurch, liegt einen Katzensprung von hier entfernt!

The apartment is located in Reudnitz and is relaxed connected to everything your heart desires. Almost directly in front of the door stops the 60 direction west, otherwise it is also not far to Riebeckstraße, from where the 4 and the 70 in the direction of the center and Eisenbahnstraße.
It takes just under a quarter of an hour to get to the city center and the university by bike, which is just as fast as by public transportation.
Whether Rewe or Aldi - shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Otherwise, there is ice cream, Dürüm, the best fries in Leipzig also around the corner (Riebeckstraße or Zweinaundorfer) - and a Späti right on our doorstep!
As for walking and strolling in the green, the Lene Park and the Stötteritzer Wäldchen are quickly reached. Also the open-air swimming pool southeast, for a short cooling in between, is a stone's throw away from here!
In der Zeit der Zwischenmiete werden mit dir Adam, Jonas, Elisa und Tabea wohnen (1 trans Mann, 1 cis Mann u. 2 cis Frauen). Tabea wird im März für 3 Wochen auf Reisen sein, sodass ihr Zimmer für diese Zeit frei ist. Ab April ist tabea wieder da, aber Elisa zieht für ein Praktikum aus, sodass das zweite Zimmer für drei Wochen frei wird bis Ostern.
Unterwegs sind wir irgendwo zwischen Studium und Arbeit. Dabei beschäftigen wir uns gerne mit politischen Themen, Pflanzen, lieben Menschen, erkunden Seen, krusteln und lesen und noch so einiges mehr und freuen uns auch sehr über neue Impulse und Themen!
Das WG-Leben ist ruhig und herzlich. Wir quatschen und verbringen gern Zeit miteinander und entspannen auf unserem sonnigen Balkon oder wo es uns in den Sinn kommt. Ein gutes Miteinander, warmes Zuhausegefühl und ein gemeinsamer politischer Grundkonsens (queer-feministisch, rassismuskritisch, antifaschistisch, gegen Antisemitismus und sensibel für Diskriminierungsstrukturen) ist uns sehr wichtig.
Es gibt einen Putzplan und es wäre schön, wenn ein gewisser Ordnungssinn auch dir am Herzen liegt, sodass das Chaos eher kurzfristig bleibt. Wir bekommen auch leckeres Gemüse von der solidarischen Landwirtschaft Rote Beete, wo wir auch ab und an mal hinfahren. Auch sonst teilen wir uns die Lebensmittel und kochen gerne gemeinsam vegetarisch/ vegan.

Adam, Jonas, Elisa and Tabea (1 trans man, 1 cis man and 2 cis women) will be living with you during the interim rental period. Tabea will be traveling for 3 weeks in March, so her room will be free for this time. Tabea will be back in April, but Elisa is moving out for an internship, so the second room will be free for three weeks until Easter.
On the road, we are somewhere between studying and working. We like to deal with political issues, plants, love people, explore lakes, crust and read and so much more and are also very happy about new impulses and topics!
Life in the shared flat is quiet and warm. We enjoy chatting and spending time together and relaxing on our sunny balcony or wherever we feel like it. It's very important to us to have a good atmosphere, a warm home feeling and a common political consensus (queer-feminist, critical of racism, anti-fascist, against anti-Semitism and sensitive to discrimination structures).
There is a cleaning schedule and it would be nice if you also have a certain sense of order, so that the chaos remains rather short-term. We also get delicious vegetables from the Rote Beete solidarity farm, where we also go from time to time. We also share food and like to cook vegetarian/vegan meals together.
