Wir suchen einen Zwischenmieter für unser 1 schönes Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Leipziger Osten. Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und bietet alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht.
Die Zimmer sind wie folgt aufgeteilt:
- Es gibt eine großzügige Einbauküche mit allen Geräten (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Gasherd). Sie verfügt über eine Loggia (ca. 7 qm) mit großen Fenstern zu beiden Seiten und Blick ins Grüne, die als Chill-Out-Area genutzt werden kann.
- Es gibt drei Zimmer, davon zwei fast gleich groß, und ein kleines Zimmer von ca. 12 qm, sowie einen kleinen Flur.
- Das Zimmer ist als Arbeitsbereich mit angeschlossenem Monitor und Highspeed-WLAN möbliert.
- Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine mit Fenster.
Lage Unsere Wohnung grenzt an den beliebten Stadtteil Reudnitz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Spätkauf befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
- Zum Lebensmittelgeschäft sind es 3 Gehminuten, zum Kaufland 7-8 Gehminuten.
Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind Breite Str. und Reudnitz/Köhlestraße.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr sauberen und ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Die nächsten Parks sind der Ramschorder Park (3 Gehminuten) und der Lene Voigt Park (5-8 Gehminuten).

We are looking for temporary tenant for our 1 beautiful room in a 3-room apartment in the east of Leipzig. The room is 12 square meter and offer whatever is needed to stay for a short period of time.
The rooms are divided as follows: -
- There is a spacious fitted kitchen with all appliances (fridge, dishwasher, gas stove). It has a loggia (approx. 7 square meters) with large windows on both sides and a view of the greenery, which can be used as a chill-out area.
- There are three rooms, two of which are almost the same size, and a small room of approx. 12 square meters, as well as a small hallway.
- The room is furnished as a work area with a connected monitor and high-speed WiFi.
- The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and has a connection for a washing machine with a window.
Location Our apartment borders the popular district of Reudnitz. Shops, cafes and late-night shops are in the immediate vicinity.
- It is a 3-minute walk to the grocery store and a 7-8-minute walk to Kaufland.
The nearest tram stops are Breite Str. and Reudnitz/Köhlestraße.
The apartment is in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. The nearest parks are Ramschorder Park (3 minutes walk) and Lene Voigt Park (5-8 minutes).
