Hallo! Ich gehe für zwei Monate ins Ausland und suche für diesen Zeitraum (Oktober und November) eine Zwischenmieter*in (bevorzugt FLINTA) für mein Zimmer in Schleußig.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß, recht hell, und voll möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Regal & Spiegel. Unsere Wohnung liegt im 3. OG eines Altbaus, und hat eigentlich alles, was du brauchen könntest. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine, alles da.

Hello, I am going abroad for two months and am looking for a temporary tenant (preferably FLINTA) for my room in Schleußig for this period (October and November).
The room is about 17 square meters, quite bright, and fully furnished with bed, closet, desk, shelf & mirror. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building and has everything you could possibly need. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower/bathtub and a washing machine, everything is there.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im schönen und eher ruhigen Schleußig. Supermärkte und Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es in direkter Umgebung. Die nächste Tram-Haltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt, so dass du in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt bist. Außerdem bist du in 5 Gehminuten im Grünen, im Clara-Park oder Volkspark Kleinzschocher, und in 15 Minuten auf der Karl-Heine-Straße, wo du viele Kneipen, Cafes und Restaurants findest.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful and rather quiet Schleußig. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate surroundings. The nearest public transport stop is only 3 minutes away, so you can be in the city center in 15 minutes. You can also be in the green, in Clara-Park or Volkspark Kleinzschocher in 5 minutes on foot, and in 15 minutes on Karl-Heine-Straße, where you will find many bars, cafes and restaurants.
Zusammen wohnen wirst du mit Lara (31). Sie ist ein sehr lieber, unkomplizierter, lustiger und eher ruhiger Mensch, und befindet sich aktuell am Ende ihres Medizinstudiums. Bei uns herrscht ein familiäres und entspanntes Miteinander, wir quatschen gerne miteinander, sind aber auch gerne mal für uns. Wichtig ist uns ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung/Sauberkeit. Wir würden uns über eine Person freuen, die ähnliche Vorstellungen vom WG-Leben hat :)

You will be living with Lara (31). She is a very kind, uncomplicated, funny and rather quiet person, and is currently at the end of her medical studies. We have a relaxed and family-like atmosphere, we enjoy chatting with each other, but also like to have some time to ourselves. A certain degree of tidiness/cleanliness is important to us. We would be happy to meet someone who has similar ideas about living in a shared flat :)
