Das Zimmer ist 21 m² groß und rechteckig geschnitten. Es hat zwei große Fenster und ist mit Laminat ausgelegt. Außerdem hat es, wie die gesamte Wohnung auch, eine hohe Decke.
Die Fenster gehen zur Blümnerstraße raus. Das ist eine sehr ruhige Straße, du solltest also lautstärkemäßig keine Probleme haben.
Die Wohnung ist 79m² groß. Wir haben ein Bad mit Tageslichtfenster und einen schönen Balkon, der zum Innenhof rausgeht.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Blümnerstraße. Das ist eine Nebenstraße zur Könneritzstraße.
Dort findet man alles, was man braucht. Netto, Apotheken, Dönerläden, Cafés, Waschsalon, Konsum etc.
Schleußig ist eine sehr ruhige Familien- und Studierendengegend. Man ist in fünf Minuten am Elsterflutbett, in 20 Minuten am Cossi, oder in 15 Minuten (mit Fahrrad) in der Innenstadt.
Die Haltestelle Rödelstraße ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Hi, wir sind Rosa und Lea!
Rosa ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Theologie und Grundschullehramt. Sie ist viel auf ihren Rollskiern unterwegs und nimmt bei vielen Wettkämpfen und an Trainingslagern teil. Rosa ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und integrer Mensch und ich schätze sie sehr.
Ich bin Lea und bin 29 Jahre alt. Ich bin bereits fertig mit meinem Studium und arbeite jetzt als Autorin. Außerdem sollte ich noch nebenbei promovieren. Ich gehe gerne joggen und lese/schaue Filme/gehe gerne ins Gewandhaus.
Rosa und ich sind nicht nur beide mittelmäßige Köchinnen, wir sind auch beide ziemlich ruhige Menschen und suchen jemanden, der auch ruhig ist. Wir fühlen uns am wohlsten, wenn die Wohnung sauber ist und haben einen Putzplan.
Wir beide wohnen auch noch nicht so lange zusammen und grooven uns erst ein. Aber wir treffen uns gerne mal in der Küche und plaudern. Außerdem sind wir informiert, was bei dem anderen gerade ansteht.
Wir machen also unser Ding, aber es ist trotzdem ein Gemeinschaftsgefühl da.

Hi, we are Rosa and Lea!
Rosa is 24 years old and studies theology to become an elementary school teacher. She practices a lot on her roller skis and participates in competitions in the sport as well. She is a very considerate and has a lot of integrity which I appreciate tremendously.
I am Lea and I've studied German and English philology. I am working as an author and should work on my Phd as well. I love to go jogging and reading/watching movies/going to the Gewandhaus.
Rosa and I are not just both mediocre chefs we are also very calm people. We are looking for someone who is calm and appreciates a clean flat as much as we do. We're not living that long together yet and we are still finding our vibe, but so far we like to meet in the kitchen and talk and eat when we're there. We also know what is going on with the other person. We both do our own thing, but we also have a sense of community.
