Dein künftiges Zimmer zeigt zu einer kleinen Seitenstraße, die von der Könneritzstraße abgeht, raus. Küche und Bad gehen Richtung Innenhof. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein 1,80m Boxspringbett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bücherregal, Nachttische und einige Pflanzen. Falls du einen grünen Daumen hast und meine Pflanzen versorgen würdest, würde ich mich sehr freuen :D Ich räume dir natürlich etwas Platz für deine Sachen frei. :)
Das Bad verfügt über eine Wanne. Auf unserer Etage (außerhalb der Wohnung) gibt es praktischer Weise einen separaten Waschraum, in dem unser Waschtrockner steht. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und bietet genug Platz für Spieleabende und Krimi-Dinner. Im Innenhof kannst du bei Bedarf dein Fahrrad abstellen.

Your future room faces a small side street that branches off from Könneritzstraße. The kitchen and bathroom face the inner courtyard. The room is furnished with a 1.80m box spring bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf, nightstands, and some plants. If you have a green thumb and would be willing to take care of my plants, I’d really appreciate it :D Of course, I will clear some space for your things. :)
The bathroom has a bathtub. On our floor (outside the apartment), there is conveniently a separate laundry room with our washer-dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and offers enough space for game nights and murder mystery dinners. In the courtyard, you can park your bike if needed.
Ich liebe Schleussig, schönster Stadtteil Leipzig, ganz klar. Schleussig liegt als "grüne Insel Leipzigs" umgeben von Wasser (Weiße Elster und Elsterflutbett) und Parks. Zu Fuß bist du in ein paar Minuten im Clara-Zetkin-Park und Volkspark und in 15min im südlichen Auwald. Der Stadtteil an sich ist eher ruhig und familiär geprägt, es gibt einige süße Cafes. Wenn du Fan von Spaziergängen im Grünen, Kaffeetrinken und Frühstückengehen bist, bist du in Schleussig goldrichtig. :) Zum Ausgehen bist du aber auch innerhalb von 10min mit dem Fahrrad auf der Karl-Heine in Plagwitz oder der Karli in der Südvorstadt.

I love Schleußig—by far the most beautiful district in Leipzig, no doubt. Schleußig is like a "green island" in Leipzig, surrounded by water (the White Elster and Elsterflut Channel) and parks. You’re just a few minutes on foot from Clara-Zetkin Park and Volkspark, and in 15 minutes you can reach the southern Auwald. The district itself is rather quiet and family-oriented, with some lovely cafés. If you’re a fan of walks in nature, coffee, and going out for breakfast, Schleußig is the perfect place for you. :) But for going out, you’re also just a 10-minute bike ride away from Karl-Heine-Straße in Plagwitz or Karl-Liebknecht-Straße in Südvorstadt.
Du wirst mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Judith zusammen wohnen. Sie arbeitet in Halle, teils pendelt sie und teils abreitet sie im Homeoffice. Judith ist eine entspannte, liebe Person, macht in ihrer Freizeit viel Sport, vor allem Laufen mag sie gerne. Grundsätzlich führen wir beide ein gemütliches Leben in unseren 30ern, wir sind keine Party-WG und das soll auch so bleiben. :)

You will be living with my roommate Judith. She works in Halle, sometimes commuting and sometimes working from home. Judith is a relaxed, kind person who loves to stay active in her free time, especially enjoying running. In general, we both lead a cozy life in our 30s—we’re not a party flat, and we’d like to keep it that way. :)
Ich verlasse Leipzig für die Arbeit für vier Monate. Das genaue Ein- und Auszugsdatum ließe sich auch noch um ein paar Tage verschieben. Grundsätzlich werde ich aber Personen bevorzugen, die möglichst den gesamten Zeitraum das Zimmer übernehmen wollen. :)
435€ ist die monatliche Gesamtmiete inkl. GEZ, Strom und Internet.

I will be leaving Leipzig for work for four months. The exact move-in and move-out dates can be adjusted by a few days. In general, however, I will prefer people who are willing to take over the room for the entire period. :)
