Die Wohnung ist im 3. OG. Das Zimmer ist ein 12 qm Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Es ist das ruhigere Zimmer in der Wohnung (weniger Straßengeräusche).

Quasi direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Haltestelle: Stieglitzstraße) wo Linie 1 (fährt Hauptbahnhof vorbei) und Linie 2 (fährt Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz vorbei) halten, also eine gute anbindung an die Innenstadt. Es ist auch nicht weit bis zur 60 und 74.
Direkt bei der Haltestelle ist auch ein Konsum und bis zum nächsten Netto ist es auch nicht weit.

(Noch) kein WG-Leben vorhanden, WG-Neugründung. Ein paar Sachen über mich: Ich bin Felix, 20 Jahre alt und Studiere Bauingeneurswesen an der HTWK, erstes Semester. Ich bin sehr offen und eher extrovertiert. Ich bin gebürtiger Leipziger, kenne mich also ein bisschen in der Stadt aus.

Küche und Bad sind bereits eingerichtet (übernahme von meiner Schwester, Vormieterin). Im Zimmer steht ein Schrank wo man sich überlegen kann ob man den übernimmt.
Internet muss noch eingerichtet werden.
