Das Zimmer ist 12gm groß, gen Süden gerichtet und Teil einer 4er WG. Die Möbel würde ich nach Absprache im Zimmer lassen, meine persönlichen Sachen nehme ich aber natürlich mit. Falls du noch Platz brauchst, um Dinge unterzustellen, haben wir auch noch Abstellkammern und einen Keller. Unsere WG löst sich leider zum 30.4. auf, deswegen ist es befristet und etwas Bewegung in der WG. Oskar zieht ebenfalls zum 1. März aus, sein Zimmer wird auch von einer Zwischenmiete-Person gewohnt, ansonsten sind noch Felix und Alex da, bei den beiden ist der Umzugstermin noch ungewiss.
Es gibt einen Balkon an der Küche und ein großzügiges Tageslichtbad. Fahrräder kann man im Hof oder Keller abstellen. Nach Absprache könnte ich dir vielleicht auch ein Fahrrad für die Zeit leihen.
The room is 12gm in size, facing south and part of a flat share of 4 people. I would leave the furniture in the room by arrangement, but of course I would take my personal belongings with me. If you still need space to store things, we also have storage rooms and a cellar. Unfortunately, our flat share will be dissolved on 30 April, so it's temporary and there's a bit of movement in the flat share. Oskar is also moving out on 1 March, his room is also being lived in by a temporary tenant, otherwise Felix and Alex are still there, the move date for both of them is still uncertain.
There is a balcony off the kitchen and a spacious daylight bathroom. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard or cellar. I might be able to lend you a bike for the time being by arrangement.
Die WG ist ganz nah am Stannebeinplatz, eine super Lage! 5min zu Dönerladen, Asiabistro, Netto und Bahnhaltestelle, 10min zur Eisi und und 10min mit der Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Straße ist eine sehr ruhige Nebenstraße, wo nicht viel los ist.
The flat share is very close to Stannebeinplatz, a great location! 5 minutes to the kebab shop, Asiabistro, Netto and train station, 10 minutes to Eisenbahnstrasse and 10 minutes by tram to the main station. The street is a very quiet side street where there is not much going on.
Wie schon gesagt verändert sich hier gerade einiges. Oskars Zwischenmiete kennen wir noch nicht, ansonsten wohnen hier noch Felix (21)und Alex(22), mit denen ich jetzt einige Zeit gerne zusammengewohnt habe. Beides kommunikative, entspannte Mitbewohner, die viel Musik machen und zwar oft unterwegs sind, aber gerne fürs Quatschen in der Küche rumhängen.
In der Küche hängt ein Putzplan, an den sich auch gerne gehalten werden darf ;)
Alle empfinden die Wohnung als entspannten Rückzugsort, du wirst also auf jeden Fall Ruhe bekommen, wenn du sie brauchst.
As I said, a lot is changing here at the moment. We don't know the person going to live in Oskar’s room yet, but we also have Felix and Alex, who I've enjoyed living with for a while now. They're both communicative, relaxed flatmates who make a lot of music and are often out and about, but like to hang out in the kitchen to chat.
There is a cleaning schedule in the kitchen, which we are happy to stick to ;)
Everyone feels that the flat is a relaxed retreat, so you'll definitely get some peace and quiet when you need it.
Wegen der Einrichtung können wir uns gerne absprechen, grundsätzlich kann ich alles mitnehmen oder auch dir das meiste da lassen, wenn du zum Beispiel nur für kurze Zeit in Leipzig bist und Lust auf Bücher, Klavier und Gitarre hast.
Das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum ist auch flexibel, sollte der Mietpreis für zwei Monate in irgendeiner Form nicht machbar sein, melde dich bitte trotzdem, wir finden eine Lösung.
Meldet euch auch gerne, wenn ihr zu zweit was sucht, vielleicht wird ja in der Zwischenzeit noch ein Zimmer bei uns frei :)
We can agree on the furnishings; I can basically take everything with me or leave most of it for you if you are only in Leipzig for a short time and want books, piano and guitar, for example.
The move-in and move-out dates are also flexible, so if the rent for two months is not feasible in any way, please get in touch anyway and we'll find a solution.
