Weil ich während der Semesterferien nicht in Leipzig bin, suche ich einen Mensch für eine Untermiete.
Mein Zimmer ist im Dritten Stock (es gibt Ausblick auf das Völki Denkmal), mit 140er Bett, Schreibtisch Stauraum und einigen Pflanzen. Das Bett steht unter den Dachfenstern, sodass man in klaren Nächten die Sterne sehen kann.

My room is on the third floor - you have a view across southern Leipzig, notably on the Völki-Monument. It is equipped with a bed (140cm wide), a desk, a small bookshelf, and a lot of plants. The bed is placed under the skylight-windows, so that in a clear night one can see the stars…
Die WG ist super gelegen, mitten in der Südvorstadt, 5 min zu Fuß zur Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse, wo du ganz viele coole Bars, Restaurants und zwei echt coole Kulturzentren findest.
Die naechsten Stationen sind der bayerische Bahnhof (Sbahn, 10 min zu Fuß), die Tram Linie 9 (5minzu Fuß) und 10 und 11 (10min zu Fuß).
In die Innenstadt (Hbf, Uni usw) sind es dann 5-10 min mit der Sbahn oder der Linie 9. Mit dem Fahrrad noch schneller. Du bist so auch schnell in Connewitz.
Im Haus ist noch eine WG ansonsten Büros von denen man sehr wenig mitbekommt und ein Club ganz unten. Deswegen hört man am Wochenende wenn der Club aufhat sehr dumpf einen Bass.

Our flatshare is really conveniently located, in the middle of the Südvorstadt, 5 minutes walk to Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse, where you will find many cool bars, restaurants and two really cool cultural centers.
The next stations are the bayrischer Bahnhof (Sbahn, 10 min walk), the tram line 9 (5min walk) and 10 and 11 (10min walk).
city center (Hbf, University etc.) is a 5-10 minutes ride with the Sbahn or the line 9. Even faster by bike. You're also quickly in Connewitz.
In the house there is still a shared apartment otherwise offices of which you get very little and a club at the bottom. That's why you hear a very dull bass at the weekend when the club is open.
Unsere WG ist sehr cute und heimelig. Wir, das sind Anton, Jun, Flo, Mattis, Avril, Jovi, Alexa, Lee, Mimi und Anna. Wir sind alle eher jung (16 bis 23), studieren, chillen, arbeiten manchmal oder machen ne Ausbildung. Ausserdem gibt es noch Luna, den kleinen Hund von Jovi, der meistens in Jovis Zimmer ist, manchmal in der Küche.
Bei so vielen ist es toll, dass immer Menschen Lust haben, Dinge zu starten, in Bars oder tanzen zu gehen, oder auch gerne einfach zusammen in der Küche zu chillen.
Gleichzeitig ist kein Druck da, wenn man gerade keine Energie fuer Soziales hat ist das voll ok, und man kann auch einfach sein Ding machen.

Our flat is very cute and homely. We are Anton, Jun, Flo, Mattis, Avril, Jovi, Alexa, Lee, Mimi and Anna. We are all rather young (16-23 years old) and are mostly at uni, doing another education or are working. There is also Luna, Jovi’s small dog. Mistly Luna is in Jovi’s room, sometimes she is in the kitchen.
The great thing about living with so many people is that there is always someone who wants to go out do something. We love to go to bars or dance, or just to chill together in the kitchen.
At the same time, with this many people, there is no pressure, if you don't have the energy for such stuff, it's totally ok, and you can just do your thing.
