Hello, i am subletting my room in the central east of Leipzig near Eisenbahn street from 25.1 - 1.4.25 (25th of january till 1st of april). The room is part of a 3 persons Bi_PoC WG with very friendly and respectful persons. Therefore i only give my room to another Bi_PoC/migrant person (a person who is affected by rascism). The rent for 1 month is 300 €. The room has a large bed, couch and a desk. There is also WiFi, of course.
About living in a shared flat: It is usually quiet, as the flatmates are often busy, but a lot of emphasis is placed on pleasant living together and cleanliness.

Hallo, ich vermiete mein Zimmer im zentralen Osten von Leipzig nahe der Eisenbahnstraße vom 25.1. - 1.4.25 (25. Januar bis 1. April). Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 3-Personen-Bi_PoC-WG mit sehr freundlichen und respektvollen Personen. Daher gebe ich mein Zimmer nur an eine andere Bi_PoC/Migrant*Innen-Person (eine Person, die von Rassismus betroffen ist) ab. Die Miete für 1 Monat beträgt 300 €. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Bett, couch und einen Schreibtisch. Wlan gibt es natürlich auch.
Zum WG Leben: Es ist meist ruhig, da die Mitbewohner oft beschäftigt sind, aber es wird sehr viel Wert auf ein angenehmes Zusammenleben und Sauberkeit gelegt.
