Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß mit Blick zur Straße. Ein Teil der vorhandenen Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Regale, Spiegel und Garderobe) können gerne kostenlos übernommen werden. Eine kleine Küche und das Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine werden von allen 3 BewohnerInnen gemeinsam genutzt. Fahrräder können im Schuppen auf dem Hof untergebracht werden.

Man erreicht von der WG aus die Straßenbahnlinien 3 und 8 innerhalb von 2 min. zu Fuß, die 7 in ca. 5 min. Damit ist man innerhalb von 15 min. in der Innenstadt. Direkt gegenüber der WG liegt ein Konsum. Weitere Kiosks, Restaurants und Cafés befinden erreicht man sehr gut zu Fuß.

In der WG wohnen 2 berufstätige Männer (mit denen ich als Frau aber auch sehr gut zurechtgekommen bin). Hin und wieder wird gemeinsam gespielt oder gekocht. GEZ, Strom und Internet läuft über einen der Mitbewohner und beläuft sich auf ca. 60€ pro Monat.
