hier könnt ihr eure eigene WG gründen. Es gibt mehrere Zimmer in der riesigen Wohnung. Heizung ist schon inklusive.Ein großer schöner Altbau mit vielen Studenten WGs. Es ist Teppich, aber darunter sind Dielen, die man freilegen kann. Im Hof Platz für Fahrräder und im Sommer ein Grillplatz möglich! Es ist eine freie Wohnung, wenn ihr Euch vor Ort zusammen findet könnt ihr sie nehmen!
Zudem bekommt ihr mietfrei fürs renovieren. Nicht wundern, dass ganze Haus wird schrittweise saniert.
Die Gegend war noch vor ein paar Jahren nicht auf dem Radar der meisten Leute, jetzt schießen überall Bars und Restaurants aus dem Boden. Eine ehemalige S-Bahn-Strecke gegenüber wird zu einem Hochpark umfunktioniert, an jeder Ecke tut sich was. Gegenüber gibt es für fast nichts Kleingärten.bUnd wer in die Innenstadt will, in 15 Minuten ist man mit der Straßenbahn, die um die Ecke fährt, da.
Wer ein Zimmer nimmt kann sich natürlich seine Mitbewohner mit aussuchen. Kommt einfach vorbei und wir sehen ob es klappt! Einziehen könntet ihr ab jetzt!

Hey there,
here you can found your won shared flat in one of Leipzig's hotspots. It is a huge flat in a lovely old building The rooms are ranging from a little smaller to very big ones with three big windows. Heating is included.Under the carpet are floorboards, they may be reveiled. There are a lot of shared flats lived-in by students and the whole atmosphere is relaxed and layed back.In the yard lots of space for bikes and in the summer a place for barbecure is possible! Check all out, if you like it you can take the flat together.
Furthermore you get retnt free for renovation! The whole building will be overhauled over the next months.
Our area is upcoming and always changing: a lot of restaurants and student bars are opening up. The Tram is just around the corner and within 15 minutes you can reach the center of town. Gardens opposite are to be had for next to nothing.
Of course you can help picking out the new flatmates if you join us. Just drop by and we'll see if it works. You could move in right now!
