Ich vermiete mein kleines, feines Zimmerchen vom 02.02. bis 24.2. 🌟
Das Zimmer ist eine echte Wohlfühloase.
Es hat ein schönes Hochbett aus Holz und eine aus Holz gebaute Sitzgelegenheit mit Stauraum vor dem Fenster. Ob du laut, leise, fröhlich, traurig, oder jegliche Form dazwischen oder darüber hinaus sein willst - deine neuen vier Wände sind für dich bereit. Außerdem hat es ein großes Fenster, wo selbst im Februar viel Sonne rein kommt - sofern sie sich zeigt.
Jenseits dieser Wände beginnt unsere geliebte Wohnung, wo du bestimmt kein Gefühl von Enge bekommen wirst.
Die Küche ist so schön, dass sie das Setting für eine Sitcom sein könnte, ausgestattet mit allem, was du brauchst. Wir haben auch ein sonniges Wohnzimmer, das wir für Yoga nutzen oder einfach zum Entspannen. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer - ein großes mit Badewanne und eigenem WC, sowie ein Gäste-WC.
Die WG ist sehr gut organisiert und bietet die perfekte Balance zwischen Gesellschaft und genügend Raum für sich selbst. Du würdest die Wohnung mit 6 Personen aus verschiedenen Ländern, Generationen und beruflichen Hintergründen teilen. Wir kochen oft zusammen (vegan/vegetarisch) und verbringen Zeit miteinander. Es ist selten, dass alle gleichzeitig da sind, aber abends findest du immer jemanden.

I am subletting my little sweet room for one month from February 2nd to 24th. 🌟
The room is a real cozy-place.
With the loft bed and a nice wooden construction with storage and a cozy chillout area. Whether you want to be loud, quiet, happy, sad, or any form in between or beyond - your new four walls are ready for you. The room has a big window with a lot of sun - even in February (provided the sun is showing up).
The kitchen is so beautiful; it could be the scenario for a sitcom, equipped with everything you need. We also have a sunny living room that we use for yoga or just to chill. There are two bathrooms - a spacious one with a bathtub and private toilet, and a guest toilet as well.
The community is well organized and strikes the perfect balance between having company from your flatmates and having space for yourself. You'll be sharing the flat with 6 people from different countries, generations, and professional backgrounds. We often cook together (vegan/vegetarian) and hang out. While it's rare to have everyone together due to different schedules, you'll always find someone around in the evenings.

Kiez ist woanders und das darf auch so bleiben. Wir beleben die Oase im Grau der Großstadt, besiedeln den heimlichen Ort zwischen Betonwänden und Industriebrachen.
Wir sind aber so zentral, dass Du schnell überall hin radeln kannst. Selbst zum Cossi ist es in 30min. zu schaffen.
Die Anbindung an die Öffis ist super; zum Bahnhof spazierst Du z. B. in 10 Minuten. Die Berliner Straße ist zwar eine stark befahrene Straße, aber das Vorderhaus ist so lieb und hält den Lärm sicher von uns fern und auf der Rückseite unseres Hauses ist gleich die Parthe und dahinter ein letztes Stückchen verwilderte Brachfläche.
Wir habe die gesamte erste Etage eines Industriealtbaus und breiten uns auf knapp 200qm aus. Dazu gehört eine wunderschöne und riesige Wohnküche, 2 Klos, Badewanne, Dusche, ein kleineres Gemeinschaftszimmer und was Mensch noch so braucht.
Our neighbourhood is not yet discovered by hipsters and we want to keep it this way. It is like our secret oasis between concrete walls and industrial wastelands.
But we are so central that you can quickly cycle everywhere. Even the Cossi lake can be reached in 30 minutes.
We are very close to the central station, where you can take the tram to get anywhere in Leipzig. The station is only 10 min walk away.
The Berliner Straße is a very busy street, but the front building is so nice and keeps the noise away from us and at the back of our house is the Parthe and behind it a last piece of wild wasteland.
We have the entire first floor of an old industrial building and spread out on almost 200 sqm. This includes a beautiful and huge kitchen, 2 toilets, bathtub, shower, a smaller common room. What else would anyone need?

Aus ökonomischen, ökologischen und ideellen Gründen haben wir uns für gemeinsames Wirtschaften und Leben entschieden. Es gibt eine WG-Kasse (derzeit 30,-€ pro Woche) aus der wir Lebens-, Putz- und Waschmittel für alle bestreiten, also alles, was Mensch so zum Leben braucht. Wir versuchen regelmäßig und für alle zu kochen (öko-bio-fair-regional, vegan-vegetarisch), waschen einander die Socken und teilen uns die Hausarbeit. Wir entscheiden konsentorientiert und haben regelmäßige Plena. Ohne Dich sind wir sechs, wir wollen aber gern sieben sein. Wir haben alle so unsere Projekte und beruflichen Dinge laufen; manche sind auch mal nicht da und daher geht’s bei uns auch mal eher gediegener zu. Wir genießen aber die Zeiten zusammen, mögen einander, nehmen am Leben der Anderen Teil und verstehen uns als Gemeinschaft und versuchen uns in diesem weiten Feld weiter zu entwickeln und aufeinander zu achten.
Gelegentlich besucht uns ein ehemaliger Mitbewohner namens Pavlov (seines Zeichens Hund).
Wir sind aus Deutschland, Ecuador/Spanien und Argentinien und freuen uns über Diversität. Die gemeinsame Sprache ist recht häufig Englisch.
For political, ecological and both economic and non-material reasons, we have decided to live/share life together. We all pitch in and buy our food, cleaning products and almost everything we need to use regularly together. Currently we pay 30 Euros a week, and always trying to find ways to live in an affordable way. We try to shop bio, fair, eco, vegan and vegetarian. We cook together and wash our clothes together and share the housework. We have regular plenums (WG meetings where we discuss our common lives and make decisions). We try to make decisions by consensus most of the times.
We are currently 6 people and want to be 7. 3 women and 3 men, we all have our projects, studies and professional commitments so some of us are not always there. Which means our big house does not feel stuffy or too crowded. We enjoy to spend time together, talk, cook and get to know things about each other's lives and develop understanding for each other differences.
There is occasionally a former roommate named Pavlov (old and calm dog).
We are from Germany, Ecuador/Spain and Argentina and we encourage more diversity. We speak German, Spanish but most of the time English.
