Das Zimmer ist knapp 23qm groß und har zwei grosse Fenster, wodurch es schön hell ist. Vorhänge und elektrische Rolläden sind aber auch da, um es nachts gut abzudunkeln.
Ich würde alle Möbel so wie sie sind drin lassen. Gerne würde ich auch meine Pflanzen einfach so stehen lassen, wenn du sie ab und an mal giesst :)
Die Haltestelle Johannisplatz ist keine 5min zu Fuß entfernt und zur Uni/Augustusplatz braucht man keine 15min (zu Fuß <5) . Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Konsum und Netto. Auch Edeka und Rewe sind nicht so weit weg. Zum Bahnhof braucht man 15min mit den Öffis. Im Lene-Voigt Park ist man in ca 10min zu Fuß.
Du würdest mit zwei lieben Mitbewohnerinnen zusammenwohnen. Wir verstehen uns super, quatschen manchmal in der Küche, aber jede hat auch ihren eigenen Alltag. Ganz entspannt und unkompliziert :)
Besichtigungen finden nur vor Ort statt.
Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist relativ flexibel. Ich bin auf jeden Fall weg vom 07.04.-28.04. Sollte Interesse daran bestehen, eine Woche später auszuziehen oder früher einzuziehen, lässt sich vielleicht was machen :)
