Das zu vermietende Zimmer beinhaltet Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode und eine gemütliche Couch.
Es hat zwei große Fenster Richtung Süden wodurch es schön sonnig ist. Die Möbel würde ich stehen lassen und natürlich Platz für deine Sachen machen. Genaueres können wir gerne individuell absprechen, ich möchte das du dich für das halbe Jahr auch zuhause fühlen kannst :)
Wir haben außerdem eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Sofa, in der gemeinsame Abende verbracht werden können und ein Bad mit Duschwanne und Waschmaschine.
Falls du ein Fahrrad hast, kannst du es im Innenhof sicher abstellen.

The room for rent includes a bed, closet, desk, sideboard and a comfortable couch. It has two large south-facing windows that let in lots of sun. I would leave the furniture in and of course make room for your things. We can discuss more details individually, I want you to feel at home for half the year :) We also have a cozy kitchen with a sofa where you can spend evenings together and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. If you have a bike, you can park it safely in the courtyard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ostplatz, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Tram Linie 15 und Bus Linie 60 und 690) sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Man hat eine gute Anbindung zum Zentrum, den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man mit der Tram in 7 Minuten. Der Lene-Voigt-Park und der Friedenspark sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Zentrum Süd-Ost, von hier aus bist du schnell in der Stadt und an der Uni.

The apartment is located at the Ostplatz, public transport (tram line 15 and bus line 60 and 690) can be reached in 2 minutes. Its not far to the center, the main station can be reached by tram in 7 minutes. The Lene-Voigt-Park and the Friedenspark are also just a few minutes' walk away.
The apartment is very centrally located in Zentrum Süd-Ost, from here you can quickly get to the city and the university.
Du übernimmst die Zimmer von mir (Paula (sie/ihr)), da ich für ein Semester im Erasmus bin.
