Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und liegt im Studentenwohnheim Straße des 18.Oktober. Es ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen mit: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Esstisch, Schrank, Regal möbliert. Das alles gehört dem Studentenwohnheim und wird bleiben. Meinen kleinen Kühlschrank werde ich verkaufen und falls du daran Interesse hast, kannst du mich ansprechen. Backofen ist nicht verfügbar. Aber für Sicherheit, werde ich eine Kaution nehmen, die ich dir zurückgeben werde, wenn alles OK ist.
In 3 Minuten bist du an der Straßenbahn Haltestelle 16 und 2 und kannst schnell ins Zentrum oder zum Hauptbahnhof fahren. Auch Rewe ist 2 Min. zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestellen für Buslinien 70,71 und 60 sind in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Nationalbibliothek ist auch in der Nähe.
Du hast eine einzige Mitbewohnerin, die Medizinstudentin ist. Ihr teilt euch die Küche und das Bad und seid dementsprechend gemeinsam für die Reinigung verantwortlich.
In der Miete sind bereits Strom, Wasser, alle Nebenkosten und 600gb Internet mit inbegriffen.
Die Waschmaschinen sind im Keller.
