ich bin Sophie, 27 Jahre alt und Trans* und schätze die Vielfalt und Offenheit dieser Stadt. Aktuell suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin für meine zentral gelegene Wohnung in der Eisenbahnstraße.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch, nur 5 Minuten entfernt von Aldi und Konsum. Sie ist gemütlich und gut geschnitten. Ich bevorzuge Mitbewohner*innen bzw. Flinta only. Rauchen ist erlaubt, da selber auch geraucht wird und Haustiere sind willkommen.

Das Zimmer ist verfügbar für 2 bis 3 Monate und kostet 330 Euro warm und 300 Kaution. Wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne und wir können einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Schufa (request now) nicht notwendig. Keine anmeldung.
