Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß (ungefähr 25m²) und fast quadratisch. Es ist teilmöbiliert wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die 320€ Monatsmiet ist warm mit Internet und Möbelpauschale. Das Gebäude sowie das Zimmer befinden sich in gutem Zustand und in der Nachbarschaft sowie in unserer WG ist es recht ruhig. Das Zimmer geht zur Nordostseite zur Straße raus.
Das Zimmer soll für den Juni zwischenvermietet werden und der Preis und gilt für den ganzen April. Falls Interesse besteht das Zimmer für nur eine oder ein paar Wochen zu mieten, lässt sich da evtl. auch was ausmachen.
The room is quite large (around 22m²) and almost square. It is partially furnished as can be seen in the pictures. The €320 monthly rent includes internet and a flat rate for furniture. The building and the room are in good condition and the neighborhood and our shared apartment are quiet. The room faces the street on the northeast side.
The room is to be sublet for June and the price is valid for the whole of April. If you are interested in renting the room for just one or a few weeks, something might be possible.
Die WG liegt sehr nahe am Leipziger Zentrum und damit auch nicht weit vom Hauptcampus der Uni und verschiedenen Fakultäten. Diese sowie mehrere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb einigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Aldi und weitere Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten sowie die Karli ganz in der Nähe.
The shared apartment is very close to the center of Leipzig and therefore not far from the main campus of the university and various faculties. These and several public transport options can be reached within a few minutes on foot. There is an Aldi directly opposite and other shopping and dining options as well as Karli nearby.
Bei Benjamin und mir (Alex) ist das dritte Zimmer abe dem Juli bis einschließlich September in unserer WG frei. Wir sind zwei christliche Männer, die studieren und ich arbeite noch nebenbei.
Benjamin and I (Alex) have the third room available in our shared apartment from July to September. We are two Christian men who are studying and I also work part-time.
