Schönes helles Zimmer mit Dielenboden, ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und eine gemütliche Küche zum Hinterhof raus. Der Hinterhof ist auch sehr schön mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Schaukel, Feuerkorb und netten Nachbarn, mit denen wir auch viel Kontakt haben.
Ich werde etwas Platz in den Schränken für Garderobe und Sachen freiräumen.
Falls du keine Bettwäsche mitbringst, ist welche da und ein Gästefahrrad könnte ich dir auch zur Verfügung stellen.

Nice bright room with floorboards, a large daylight bathroom with bathtub and a cosy kitchen facing the backyard. The backyard is also very nice with seating, swing, fire basket and nice neighbours with whom we have a lot of contact.
I will clear some space in the wardrobes for clothes and things.
If you don't bring bed linen, there is some available and I could also provide you with a guest bike.
Die Wohnung ist im schönen Lindenau gelegen. Im direkten Umkreis gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes, Supermärkte und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Im Angebot!), Karl Heine, Gießer und Georg Schwarz Straße alles nicht weit.
Der Clara-Zetkin Park ist in 10min mit der Tram zu erreichen,
mit dem Fahrrad bist du in ca. 30 min an einem schönen Badesee (Cospudener See).
die Tramstation ist 1min zu Fuß entfernt.
Trotz guter Anbindung ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen und kann eine gute Ruhe- und Rückzugsmöglichkeit bieten.

The apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood Lindenau. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and other shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
The Clara-Zetkin Park can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport,
you can cycle to a beautiful bathing lake (Cospudener See) in about 30 minutes.

Despite good connections, the apartment is quietly located and can offer a good place to rest and retreat.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit Samu. Er ist sehr lieb und entspannt, ein ganz toller Mitbewohner! :)
Wir haben ein aktives WG Leben mit Pläuschchen, gemeinsam Essen, geteiltem Kühlschrank etc., wäre schön, wenn du darauf auch Lust hast!
