Das rechte Zimmer befindet auf Südseite in Richtung der Körnerstraße und hat 13m². Es hat ein fast ebenerdiges Fenster und ist über drei Stufen über dem Flur erreichbar.(210€)

The right room is located on the south side towards Körnerstraße and has 13m². It has a window almost at ground level and both rooms are accessible via three steps above the hallway.
The room on the left has 12m² and faces the garden to the north.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Sie befindet sich im 1 Stock eines Altbaus in einer Seitenstraße der Karli (höhe Südplatz). Die Straßenbahnen 9 und 11 sind nur einen Katzensprung zu Fuß entfernt. Du kannst mit dem Rad eigentlich innerhalb von einer halben Stunde wirklich überall in Leipzig sein. Restaurant, Bars, Kulturorte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du hier auch zuhauf, auch die Uni und die Innenstadt sind gleich um die Ecke.
The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is on the 1st floor of an old building in a side street of the Karli (near Südplatz). Streetcars 9 and 11 are just a stone's throw away on foot. You can actually be anywhere in Leipzig within half an hour by bike. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, cultural venues and shopping opportunities here, and the university and city center are just around the corner.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin zurück in ihre Heimat macht suche ich zwei Personen, für die zwei freigewordenen Zimmer. Sie hatte beide Zimmer genutzt, von daher war es eine 2er WG. Deswegen ist es schwer etwas zum WG-Leben zu schreiben haha.
Ein bisschen was zu mir. Mein Name ist Yannik und beende (vorraussichtlich) im September meinen Bachelor in Deutsch als Zweit und Fremdsprache. Danach wollte ich erstmal arbeiten und eventuell etwas rumreisen.
Wenn ich nicht gerade in der Bibliothek oder auf der Arbeit schmore, treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden, gehe zu Konzerten, oder lese gemütlich im Park.
Für das WG-Leben wünsche ich mir ein respektvollen Miteinander, wo jeder den Raum des anderen respektiert, aber auch Raum ist etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen, sofern Lust da ist.
Zum respektvollen Miteinander gehört für mich auch eine gewisse Grundordnung, sodass sich alle wohl fühlen können.
As my flatmate is going back to her home city, I am looking for two people. She used both rooms, so it was a 2-person shared flat. That's why it's hard to write anything about living in a shared flat haha.
A bit about me. My name is Yannik and I'm finishing my bachelor's degree in German as a second and foreign language (probably) in September. After that I want to work and maybe travel around a bit.
When I'm not busy in the library or at work, I like to meet up with friends, go to concerts or read in the park.
For life in a shared flat, I would like to live together respectfully, where everyone respects each other's space, but there is also room to do things together if there is a desire to do so.
For me, respectful coexistence also includes a certain basic order so that everyone can feel
