Das Zimmer hat schmucke 12qm und beinhaltet aktuell einen Schreibtisch, ein Bücherregal, eine Vitrine und ein Schlafsofa (140*200cm). Wobei es da viel Verhandlungsspielraum gibt falls eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden wollen.
Daneben gibt's einen riesigen Flur, eine sehr große Wohnküche und einen hübschen Balkon zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung.

Gelegen in Gohlis Süd mit Rewe und Kaufland nebenan und nur 5min zum Rosenthal/Auwald entfernt hat man eigentlich alles was man braucht. Zur S Bahn sind's ca 10min und zur Straßenbahn (Linien 4,10,11) sind's 4min. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht's 15min mit Rad oder Bahn.

Ihr würdet mir mir, Tanja, zusammenwohnen. bisher lebe ich hier alleine, aber mir ist die Wohnung doch zu still. Ich arbeite (sehr) viel und häufig auch am Wochenende. Davor habe ich 8 Jahre in einer tollen WG gelebt und das WG Leben total genossen, bis ich das Experiment "Alleinewohnen" begonnen habe. Jetzt wünsche ich mir das aber wieder zurück und somit ein ungezwungenes aber aufmerksames WG Leben mit Austausch und Interesse an Leben des anderen. Ich habe große Lust auf gemeinsam Kochen, Laufen gehen, eine Limo auf dem Balkon trinken oder auch Mal an den See fahren.
